Alex's POV

"Jack I'm bored." I said for the thousandth time today and it was only 11 in the morning.
Jack was still in bed.
I was sharing the mattress which was his bed and nine times out of ten I always got pushed off it.
"Jack.. I'm bored." I whinned.
"Shut up Alex." Kyle grumbled and rolled over and pulled his covers over his face.
"Find some way to entertain yourself." Jack muttered.
"Can't since you've taken the guitar off me and I can't go downstairs as your neighbors are some nosey bastards so I can't even watch TV." I said.
Jack and Kyle just sighed loudly and was back to sleep again.
"Oh my god guys." I groaned in frustration.

Jack finally got fed up with me and got up and dragged me downstairs.
"Look you have to try and fit into our lifestyle and that includes when we get up." Jack yawned.
"If I could actually go back and do something then I wouldn't have to wake up so early since all I'm bloody doing at the moment is sleeping." I said.
"I know it isn't easy Alex but its only been a month and people still know your face. It's still too risky to do anything." Jack said and made himself a drink.
"I'm fucking going insane here Jack." I said and stood in front of the doorway.
"Look I know you are. We have to fucking live with it as well. You still not 100% Alex and you need to be 100% otherwise stuff will happen." He said.
"Jack I'm 98% better I can still do things." I said.
He walked over and stood in front of me.
"Yes you can but 98% is not good enough you have to be at 100% Alex. You are now playing a very dangerous game and this game will need you to be at your best. You need to be at your best to survive, its a game of cat and mouse. Part from this version of cat and mouse is more violent. You need to be 100% just to get by." Jack said looking at me.
I looked down but I felt Jack finger under my chin and made me look at him.
"Just a few more weeks. Then you can come with me and Kyle but until then you have to stay here." He said quietly and kissed me softly.
He pulled back and smiled.

Jacks POV

"We need Alex here." Someone said.
I looked at Kyle who was looking down thinking.
"He's still not 100% in a few more weeks he will be." I said.
"Jack he's been out of action for nearly 2 months. How much longer does he needs?" Frank asked.
"Have ypu been shot? Have you faked your death? Have you moved from being a cross to a nought? No you havent we have to keep him in the shadows because people will know him." I said.
"Jack go home and get Alex." Kyle said quietly.
"Kyle you..." I started but he stopped me.
"Just do it Jack, we need his brains since his sister has done the dirty on us." He said and looked at me hard.
I nodded and walked home.

"Alex?" I said as I walked into the house.
It was too quiet even for Alex living here.
I grabbed the bat which we kept by the door since I didn't have my gun as I left it with Alex in case someone came into the house who wasn't welcomed.
"Alex!" I whispered shouted at him.
"In here Jack." He said in a low voice.
I went into the room his voice came from and saw this person tied to a chair with Alex pointing the gun to his head.
I brought the bat to my side since Alex had everything under control.
"Who the bloody hell is this?" I asked.
"Someone who could be great use to us." He growled and wacked the person round the head with his gun which knocked him out.
I looked at him.
"Oops my hand slipped." He said sarcastically and untied him from the chair.
"Back way to the tunnels?" He asked as he put the person over his shoulder.
"This way." I said quietly and walked off with Alex following.
"Your gonna have to show the routes to the place." Alex said as we got nearer to the tunnel.
"All in good time." I mumbled.

We walked into the meeting.
Alex threw the person onto the table.
Kyle looked at him.
"Why do we have a unconuious body on the table?" He asked and looked at Alex.
"Because sunshine, he was in your house after me. Now we have a leak in this place and im betting its him." He said and poked to Drew.
I was confused.
So was Kyle and everyone else in this room.
"Sir, Kyle i wouldnt do that to you or to this gang." He said.
"Ah, Sir and Kyle if i may speak." Alex said clearly in full swing of something which me and Kyle didnt know and Kyle nor i didnt like it.
"You may." Sir said wearily.
"Now this man, who ia currently passed out on your table, is something to do with old Drew over there." He said sounding like a crazy person.
"This true Drew?" Kyle asked and looked at him.
"No." Drew said.
"Lies. Because the thing is, this man is actually his father and hes been selling infomation on us to him so then he can get his own back." Alex said.
Kyle didnt look very impressed by this.
"How do you know?" Sir asked and looked at Alex.
"And rat out how I got the information?" He said.
"Just fucking tell us!" Kyle shouted and banged his hand on the table.
"You see the trick is to play mind games with everyone." Alex said quietly.
"What?" I asked.
"You see, while everyone has been here I've been doing my own research. And I find that fatty on the table here works for Peter..." Alex said.
He never speaks of his family anymore, its like he's just erased everthing them all out of his mind.

"But where does the mind game come involved?" Kyle asked.
"Well we've all been playing the game as Drew has been here much longer than what he has needed to be." Alex said and pulled the gun out of his trousers and walked over to Drew and placed a bullet in his head.
"He was the loose end and thanks to him we have him and we will use him to advantage." He said quietly.
He walked off somewhere.

"Jack you have 5 seconds to explain to me what he was on about." Sir said as he pulled me away from everyone.
"I don't know Sir. Whatever he has planned he's not telling anyone and he's already has it in place." I said.
"Do you know the bloke who is currently passed out on our meeting table Jack?" He asked.
"No I don't but Alex must know him." I said.
"Hm, he has a sharp eye." He said.
"No, he studies people, he finds the information about them and then he brings them out.." I stopped and realized what Alex meant about playing mind games.
"Jack?" He asked.
"Mind games. Alex plays games with people he doesn't trust, when he gets enough information about them he kills them or he'll do something to them." I said.
"A dangerous person then." Sir said.
"I'm not dangerous. I just want to get my own back on the people who have hurt me and people I care about." Alex said as he walked into the room.
"Alex.." Sir said.
"No, if anyone hurts me or my friends then they are going to pay for it. No one will hurt the people I care about. They will not be treated like shit because of who they are. I am going to fight to my dying breath to get everyone to see that gays, or anyone who isn't straight and Crosses are not what people make them out to be." He said.
Alex has pretty much given his biggest serect away.
"Is there something you want to say to us Alex?" Sir asked.
"I'm not going to hide any longer, I've been hiding for a long time now. But yes I do have something to say and that is that I am gay and I am happy about it and if you don't like it then I might as well walk on out of here and never return." He said.
Sir smiled.
Which was a rare occasion that he showed any emotion other than being angry at everyone.
"I have nothing against that. Why should I when the best people I have are gay and bi." He said.
Alex looked at me and thought about something.
"Alex you are too valuable to us to kick you out. If you want to stay then you are more than welcomed to do so." Sir said.
"That's all good then." Alex smiled and Kyle came in.
"He's waking up." He said.
An evil smile came to Alex's face and he walked off.
"Did you know Jack?" He asked and looked at me.
"I've known for a long time Sir." I said quietly.
I walked off and went to keep an eye on Alex.
