Double Take.

Summary

It's a few years after they boys got out of college and everything is different now.

Alex is a happy-go-lucky music teacher at his old high school, and is happily engaged to Andy. As well as still living in his home-town. Alex gave up the adventurous life-style he had with Jack after he left him outside his lecture hall that one day.

Jack is now a guitarist in the famous band Avenged Sevenfold. He has been single since his break up with Alex, but continues to try and fill the hole in his heart with one-night-stands, every single night. He moved to Baltimore, and lives there whenever he is not on tour.

Alexander William Gaskarth

26 years old. Got engaged to Andy on their three-year anniversary. Finished up college and became a music teacher at his old high school. Is still best friends with Rian.

Andrew Dennis Biersack

25 years old. Got engaged to Alex on their three-year anniversary. Finished up college and is now living with Alex in their home together.

Jack Bassam Barakat

25 years old. Didn't finished college, and is now the guitarist in the band Avenged Sevenfold. Moved to Baltimore. Continues to have one-night-stands every night.

Robert Rian Dawson

25 years old. Finished up college and became a co-worker with Alex at their old high school. He teaches senior History classes. Is still best friends with Alex and is still the caring person he has always been.

Steph Logan

24 years old. Dating Zack. Is a Freshmen algebra teacher. Doesn't come into the story till later.

Zachary Steven Merrick

26 years old. Finished up college and got back together with his ex, Steph. Doesn't have much contact with Jack anymore.

My college is doing a bunch of activities that freshman are required to go to which is pretty nice. My best friends going to be three and half hours I think. I'm just really nervous cause I don't know anyone on campus.

No problem. And long distance friendships are hard but they can work. My best friend is four hours away when I'm at college but we talk a lot and hang out when we can. If the first night at college feels lonely and you don't feel like socializing, get some junk food and your favorite movie and let yourself get used to being somewhere new with some things that are familiar.

You are awesome, thank you. My 'rents aren't gonna let me visit on weekends but worst comes to worst I'm practically in a national forest with the beauty of nature surrounding me no matter where I go. I've calmed down a lot but tomorrow's gonna be bad because I say final goodbye's to all my friends which will be real hard.

Four hours isn't so bad. Just far enough that you feel like you have some freedom but not too far for weekend visits. Making friends on campus will help you settle in, but your online friends got your back too :)
