The next morning, Nyssa got discharged and we set off for San Diego. With two shows back to back here, we were all going to at a hotel for the night we’d be here. Matt decided to have Jack, Alex, Nyssa, and I all in one room together and split everyone else into groups for the other rooms. With the paparazzi all over the place in California and thank to Holly for starting everything, we had to make sure security was standing guard on our floor and by the back entrance of the hotel where we would leave to go to SOMA for the shows.
“When do you want to tell her about what happened,” Alex asked referring to Nyssa and letting her know Alex helped me destroy my monsters.
“When she’s done in the shower, I want to tell both of them at the same time,” I told him.
“Tell both of who what,” Jack asked.
“You’ll find out when Nyssa comes out,” he made the “oh I get it,” face and sat down on his bed to wait for Nyssa.
Nyssa finally came out of the bathroom and came to sit next to Jack on the bed. They kissed each other briefly before she saw me and Alex waiting for them to pay attention to us.
“Bonnie, what’s going on,” she asked.
“Well you know how your voice took over you and you lost yourself for a moment. Well I was on the edge of having another attack,” I started and Nyssa’s face turned to one full of worry, “But I never fell. Alex didn’t let me fall. He took me away from you and sat me down in the back lounge. He made me think of all the good things I have right now, like you, Jack, Zack, Rian, the crew, Pierce, the Six boys, Mayday, and even Alex and our baby. I somehow made something appear in my mind and whatever it was killed my monsters. They’re gone Nyssa. I’m free of everything I’ve been through. I can control my anxiety again.”
“I am so happy for you, Bonnie. I am so happy that you pulled through,” Nyssa cheered as she pulled me into a tight hug.
“Holy shit! This entire day is getting better and better,” Jack commented as he bro hugged Alex.
“Bonnie, I need to tell you something. Jack helped me like Alex helped you. He made my voice go away. It’s gone. It’s not going to come back either,” Nyssa smiled brightly from ear to ear.
“Oh my god! Nyssa that’s incredible. I am so happy for you my face is hurting from smiling,” I told her, hugging her even tighter.
“Now we need to come up with a game plan to destroy this media monster and get Holly the fuck out of my life. I want to make sure nothing happens to Nyssa like what happened yesterday,” Jack said, changing the topic.
“I want to keep Bonnie’s mind form making more monsters. I know her old ones are gone, but she still has anxiety and new monsters can form if we don’t play this smart. I know when we go home to Baltimore, we’ll have to battle Lisa along with the media we have now as well. Because I said her name at the show a while back, people somehow found her. I think if Bonnie and I make an official announcement of our relationship and announce that we’re having a baby, the hate should hopefully dissolve for us,” Alex explained.
“You know that might help, but for us we’ll need a different game plan since the incident with Jaime also got thrown into the mix with the whole Holly stuff. I don’t want to get Nyssa identified and have her pages get flooded with hate from people,” Jack commented.
“We’ll have to think everything over before we act. I know I want to get the media the hell out of our hair. I don’t want people pointing a camera at me when I start showing off my baby bump. I want to have a life without the press documenting my entire life for me and making up the details,” I told him.
“We’ll know the best thing to do soon enough. I definitely want to have a somewhat private life myself with my family,” Alex agreed with me.
“I’m sure we can come up with something. My plans always work and Nyssa can speak for me on that. I’ll know the perfect plan and let you guys in on it when I do,” I told them, “For now, let’s enjoy that last few shows on the tour before we all go back to Orlando to move us out of our apartment.”
“Agreed,” Jack and Nyssa nodded.
“Bonnie, I want to try to meet your brothers before we head over to the UK. I also want to share with your family our baby news. Would you like to take me to New Baltimore before we go home,” Alex asked.
“Yeah, that would be a good idea. I’d rather tell my family in person I’m pregnant than over the phone. I want them to know you won’t leave me alone to raise our baby either,” I told him.
“Then I think I’ll show Jack around Orlando before we meet up in Baltimore,” Nyssa added in.
“Good. Now I’m exhausted. Planning what we’re going to do after the tour and my almost-attack have exhausted me. I’m getting some sleep,” I kissed Alex and hugged Nyssa and Jack before turning in for the night.
