The Night Before

Jenna woke up at 9am, today was the day. The day she finally turned 18. She didn't really have anything planned today, just that her best friend, Maya, was coming over to pick her up so they could hang out.

She didn't know what time she was going to be over. So Jenna jumped up and got in her bathroom so she could shower and get ready.

Jenna got out of the shower then went to her dresser, she got out her black and white cardigan, black ripped up skinny jeans, and a skull tank top. She got ready, and finished drying her hair.

She curled her bright blue and white hair. When she was done doing her hair, she checked her phone to see if she had any messages. She had one message, from Maya.

From: Maya
On My way to get you right now! Be ready by the time I get there!!

To: Maya
Just finished up my hair, doing makeup next, then I will be ready! Where are we going??

From: Maya
Can't tell you, it's a surprise ;)

To: Maya
I hate surprises Maya!

From: Maya
I know, see ya soon babe! ;)

Jenna couldn't help but rule her eyes at the messages her best friend was sending her. She loved Maya, really, she did, like a sister.

But, if there is one thing Jenna hates most in the world, that would be surprises.

About 10 minutes later, Jenna heard a car beep, she looked out her window and saw Maya sitting in her car waiting for Jenna to come down.

Jenna ran out her room and downstairs, as soon as she got to the door she turned around and ran back upstairs. She got back to her room, and graved her black beanie.

She looked in the mirror and smiled at her outfit. She ran back downstairs and went out the door to meet with Maya in her car.

"Hey babe! Lookin' pretty sexy I see." Maya said with a wink.

"You don't look to bad yourself." Jenna said with a huge smile on her face.

"So, let's get going!!" Maya replied.

"To where again?" Jenna asked.

"Like I said before, it's a surprise!" Maya said holding back a laugh.

"Ugh, whatever." Jenna said rolling her eyes.
