Let It Roll
Chapter 9
I sit here, beginning to pack some small things just in case Flyzik somehow agrees to come get me. It wasn't long before I get a call back from Alex.
"Hey, you packed up?" He instantly asks as I answer the phone. "We're coming to get you."
"Um, no but I can be." I respond. "Are you guys serious about this?"
"Yes, you're coming to live with us for now." Alex says to me. I feel myself smile softly because even with all the shit I've been under this week, nothing is going to beat that I'm going to be living with All Time Low. "They all agreed to it."
"Wow.. Thank you guys." I answer. "I can't even tell you how thankful I am right now."
"Yeah for sure, we're already on our way so we'll be there in 45 minutes." He answers. "But I've got to go. See you soon."
"Bye." I say as he hangs up. I start to pack and realize that I pack everything up quicker than I ever have packed before. As I am taking my bags down the stairs, the doorbell rings. I safely hurry down the stairs, put my bags against the wall and answer the door, and not only is Alex standing there, but all the other members as well. Before I can say anything, they all pull me in for a group hug. I start to cry, not sure whether they are tears of happiness or sadness, but this is all way too much to take in.
"Happy birthday Rian!" I laugh. "Thought I'd try and make things a little brighter."
"Do your parents know we're taking you?" Jack asks me.
"No and honestly, who cares?" I respond. "They want me out so bad, it doesn't even matter. I'll tell them tonight."
"You might be too busy too." Zack says randomly.
"Why?" I ask him confused.
"You know how Jingle Bell Bash is tonight?" Alex asks me. Instantly I gasp, knowing what is being implied.
"You didn't, oh my God, thank you guys so much." I smile wide. "Well, let's get out of here before my parents wonder what's going on. Plus we don't want to attract the neighbors with the bus."
"Sure thing. Let's go." The boys all grab my bags and walk me onto their bus. As soon as I get on the bus, I feel this rush of excitement run through my body.
"You can put all your bags in there." Flyzik tells me, pointing to the back lounge, the same back lounge that got me in this position.
"Thanks." I put my bags in the back lounge and head back up to the front lounge to hang out with everyone.
"So, we got a new family member." Colussy says nudging me on the top of my head. "Welcome back stranger." I feel like I'm going to adjust to all of them very quickly.
"So, we know your story and I can promise you we all will do our best to be here for you anytime you need us." Danny says to me.
"Thank you." I say awkwardly.
"You excited to be backstage at Jingle Bell Bash tonight?" Grieco asks me.
"Hell yeah I am." I laugh. The night comes by very fast and we are at the venue setting up for the show.
