Let It Roll
Chapter 5
The next morning, we wake up and continue to go on about the night before. We tell my family everything that happened, including the fact that we got to be on their bus with them. After eating our breakfast, we head out to take Ellen home. After taking her home, we come back to our house to have a day where we just chill. As soon as I get home, I run to my room to begin uploading the pictures and videos from last night to every social network known to man.
As I'm uploading the pictures and videos, memories pop into my head. From meeting them on the way to the venue, waiting in line, the meet and greets, the show, hanging on their bus, then the surreal. I still can't believe that I made the idiot mistake to have sex with Alex last night. Luckily, I can always just keep to it myself and hopefully Alex was so drunk that he just doesn't remember anything that way he has nothing to regret later. There's just so many things wrong with the fact that him and I had sex, that it would be absolutely ridiculous if anyone finds out. Then the thought comes back to me. I didn't tell Ellen about it like she had asked me to, which I guess might be a good thing.
A little over a month passes since the concert, Christmas break being just around the corner, in fact, it's the last week of school before break. Today is Wednesday December 15th, and I am just getting home from school. The whole bus ride home I feel like I'm going to vomit. Maybe I'll start to get better once I'm off of this crappy bus and able to get some air. It wasn't long before I was at my stop and walking up the hill to my house. Unfortunately, I wasn't starting to feel any better like I thought I would. I walk up to my house as fast as I can, open the door and walk in.
Just as I kick off my shoes and put down my backpack, I catch myself running to the bathroom. I slam the door open, run to the toilet and am instantly vomiting worse than I ever have before. Well, this is just great. I must be catching some kind of bug, and hopefully it'll be gone before Christmas. I spend the rest of the day vomiting about every half hour. The next morning, same deal, vomiting every half hour. My mom decides to call the doctor since I almost never get the flu. We figure something has to be up with me. Fortunately, I am able to get in tomorrow morning. The only issue with this is that I am now missing the last 2 days of school before break meaning I will be behind when I come back. I decide to go to bed early tonight since I still am not feeling too great and I fall asleep almost instantly.
The next morning, my mom wakes me up since I seemed to have slept through my alarm. Wow, I must really not be feeling great. I feel a little bit better this morning fortunately, but not the best I ever have felt. As soon as we get in the car, I start to feel really sick to my stomach like I have been the last few days. So to prevent vomiting in the car, I decide to sleep the whole way to the doctors office. As soon as we get there, we check me in and sit down to wait. It was almost instant that they call me back to a room to wait for the doctor. It felt like quite some time before my doctor was in the room, but I was thankful once she was.
