Hey everyone! I'm so happy that so many more of you have decided to join! We have FOUR SLOTS LEFT!! This is STILL subject to change, however. Now, I would just like to cover a few things for everyone:

A lot of you have been asking if the title must be a part of the song. The answer is: No, it can be whatever you feel is right. But please keep in mind this is SONGFIC contest, therefore your story line MUST REVOLVE AROUND A SONG. What you're basically trying to do is turn a song into a story, it's that simple.

Next, PLEASE try to keep as much about your story as you can a secret. We want everyone to write their story in their own fashion, with no changes because of someone else's story. We're not saying anyone will cheat, we're just saying we want every story to be different. No one should have to feel like they're comparing their story to someone else's!

You've also been asking if there's still room for some Jalex stories, the answer is YES. Not many, so if you want it, claim it!

We also ask that everyone read and follow the rules. By not doing so, you are taking a risk of being kicked out of the contest. This includes posting your story before the release date. So please, everyone, follow the rules!

Lastly, I will be adding Sammy to this just as soon as my computer stops freaking out. She will be open to answer any questions that you may have. She has also kindly agreed to make a banner for the FIRST PLACE winner! YAY FOR SAMMY!! <3.

There will be updates posted EVERYDAY until the release date! It is asked that everyone who has joined the contest subscribe to this, because it really isn't easy to message everyone if there was to be a change in the contest.
