First Official Writing Contest! [CLOSED]

Before we announe the winners, we would like to tell ALL OF YOU that your stories were AMAZING.
It wasn't an easy choice to make.
So many of you were considered for placing and so many of your stories tore our hearts up!
They were so well-written and you all did such a good job, you should all be proud of yourselves!
Sammy & I have talked it over, going back and forth on who we think earned these spots.
We had to sit down and talk out who deserved each slot and agree on our favorite stories.
Sadly, however, it was not an option to pick everyone.
So we'd like to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who joined and gave us the honor of reading their songfic!
With that being said, I think it's time to announce the winners!

Let's give it up for our prize winners! I told you all of your hard work would pay off!

I am so thankful I got to create the very first writing contest for this site, but more than that, I'm thankful for my wonderful co-host, Sammy! None of this would have been possible without her!

Thank you all so much for the work you put into this. I'd love to see more things like this around here, and in the future, I plan to host another contest!
In the meantime, this is it for the First Official Writing Contest!

Notes

It was not easy to come to this decision, but we're very please with the stories we have picked. (May I also say, there were two authors who didn't win that we both DEEPLY wanted to place, but neither of us could agree on them!) We would also like to say that we had to remove one contestant from the contest, which is why you were each only up against twelve other authors. I hope you all enjoyed the time WE ALL spent on this contest.. I know I did. <3.

And note to the three winners- Please let us know who you would like to write your story, along with the story line. First place, please tell us which story you would like for us to promote and let Sammy know your graphic request. Thank you!
