Austins POV

I get her home, Zack Jack and Alan were waiting in her room. Jack takes her and she immediately holds him. I hope actually I know he'll treat her better. Jack laid down with her and she didn't even wake.

"Austin why do you look so mad" Alan asked

" I took allys phone just so she didn't go through it. She got a text and I read it" Alan gave me a look "but before all you guys attack me for that read it." I said handing her phone to Alan

Alan POV

I took her phone and me and Zack read it

" we've come to agreement now Alexandra and you're getting way too much too handle anymore. We decided to sell the house and you have 24 hours to get want you want and leave. We don't have time for you anymore."

My heart sunk. Our own parents just want to abandoned her in her time of need. I sunk to floor as did Zack in disbelief.

"How can they do this shit!" I nearly screamed. I started crying. And ally stirred and Jack just held her closer "after she nearly killed her self two times" I put my head in my hands. " Zack help me pack you too Austin and Jack" they nodded and Jack carefully got up.

Zack POV

Wow just wow. I can't believe our parents. We have been packing for over 3 hours. After we finished we decided to smash a lot of family pictures. And you know wreck the place. This felt good. We had some beers and just relaxed a bit. Until I realized

"Who has allys phone?" We all looked up at each other. " shit!"

We all got up and turned around to see a very very depressed ally

"Ally" I go to begin but she turned around and ran for the door but jack took off after her.

Jack POV

I took off after her and grabbed her she kept fighting until I pulled her to the couch and pinned her down. She was fighting and crying badly and not to mention shaking.

"Ally breath please!" I said sternly but she didn't listen. I gently cupped her face with one hand and made her look at me. The guys were watching me and studying what I was doing.

" ally look at me" she looked and me and stopped and she broke down and I let her go and sat up and she just held me and cried. I held her back.

"Why don't they want me? Why?" She said looking at all of us in the most heart breaking tone.

"We don't know ally" Zack frowned and sat next to me and Alan on the other side and austin in front.

" you don't need them kitten. You have of mice&men, all time low, the girls and a few other bands." Alan said with a weak smile

" you're not alone anymore ally" Austin said with a little smile. She stopped crying and I gently wiped her face.

" me and Zack will go get legal custody of you kitten. And you'll be with people that love you and will protect you. We promise." Alan smiled and they kissed her head. This is heart breaking. She definitely deserves this week we are giving her. Her 17th birthday will be the best.
