Happy Fathers Day

*eight years later* "Dad, do I really have to go to school today? It's national skip day." A now fourteen year old Hayden protested as she grabbed her backpack from the floor. "That's for seniors, Hay. You, young lady, are only a freshmen." Alex said, kissing his daughters cheek. "So? We can pretend that I'm a senior, can't we?"  "In your dreams. Now hurry up and get going before you miss your bus." Alex shooed his daughter, making her laugh and wave goodbye. "Love you!" He called, watching her tiny form disappear with a 'love you too!' being called back. He chuckled to himself, looking at the clock to see that it was already seven and he had to be getting Xander up for school within the next thirty minutes. Sighing, Alex made his way into the living room, sitting on the couch and picking up his cup of coffee that he'd made himself when he'd woken Hayden up for school. He flinched in pain as he shifted on the couch, remembering last night when Jack and him had sex at nearly four in the morning; which is why he was still up and the younger off to work. He giggled at the scenes that flashed before his eyes. Jack waking him up with his erection pressing into Alex's lower back from where he'd had a sex dream and woke up hard. He remembered rolling over and Jack pressing their lips together while he grabbed the lube and condom. He remembers feeling Jack push in and letting out a small moan, careful not to wake their kids. He recalls panting and scratching down Jacks back relentlessly like there was no tomorrow if Jack kept doing what he was doing with those hips of his as Jack touched every single part of his body with his hands, mouth and dick so thick inside of him. The elder sighed happily as he remembered the way it felt when he came, all over his stomach and chest, and tightening so much that Jack came as well. His phone dinged then, breaking him out of his reverie and alerting him of a new text message. It was from his husband and he couldn't stop the smile that came across his face as he read the message. Jay : hey baby, I'm on break for a few minutes and just wanted to send you a message saying how much I love you. Baby, you're absolutely perfect and I'm so lucky to have you in my life. You've given me some of the best years of my life and I love you so very fucking much  you've given me two beautiful children and for that, I could never ask of anything better than just seeing you and them for the rest of my life. Sure, we may fuss and fight but I know that no matter what you'll always be by my side. I'm so so so so so SO fucking grateful to whatever god there is that I met you when I did back in middle school. I'm so thankful you said yes to me when I asked you out and I'm very fucking thankful you said yes when I asked you to marry me. I don't think I would've been okay if you'd denied me. Alexander William Gaskarth, baby, you're my best friend, my lover, my husband but most importantly you're my world. Everything I do, I do it for you and the kids, never forget that please. No matter what. Anyways, my break is almost over and so therefore, I have to end it here. I love you. Always and forever, just like I promised you on our wedding night. I'm never letting you go, Alex. You're mine and I am yours. Tell Xander that I love him and I'll see him tonight, along with Hay and you. I'll be home around four and then we can have dinner. I love you. Forever. Alex smiled down at the device, only looking up momentarily as he typed out a message back and seeing it was almost time to wake up Xander. He set the device down on the table and stood up, making his way into his son's room. ~~~ Jack was in tears, fucking tears by the end of Alex's message. He loved his husband very much, had to. Especially when he sent him sappy shit. Lexy baby : Jack, I wanted to send this to you because of how much you mean to me. I know you may not see this until later but, I don't care.  Jack, you literally make me smile every time I see your beautiful face. I love waking up (even at four in the morning for sex) next to you and seeing you there beside me. It literally makes me thankful to have you in my life. God, Jay, you're literally so perfect that every time I see you a smile breaks out onto my face and my heart beats faster and I get these little tingles that go down my spine whenever you touch me or kiss me or just look at me. Baby, you're absolutely perfect. Everything about, even your flaws, is beautiful and dammit. I should be the one thanking you for blessing me with two wonderful kids. Thank you for giving me the time of day back in middle school. Thank you for being there for me. Thank you for everything you've done and thank you for loving me. Baby, through everything that's happened to us, I'm so thankful it was you who was by my side. You're the one that's kept me stable and well. You're the one that made me happy when I was sad. You picked me up when I was down and set me on track once again.  Xander needs to get up for school, so, before I go. I love you. So fucking much. Nothing can compare to you. Absolutely nothing. I'll see you later tonight baby. You, me, Xander and Hayden baby. Just us. Always just us. I love you and thank you. Forever and always my darling. ~~~ When Jack got home at four, just like he'd promised Alex, he was greeted by the door by his fourteen year old daughter, his eight year old son and his husband. "Hey baby." Alex said, pecking his husbands lips sweetly and ignoring Hayden's 'Ew gross'. "Hey." "How was your day at work?" "Good. But it's better now that I'm home and with you." Jack said, winking at his husband before leaning down and kissing the top of his son and daughters heads. "You're such a sap." Alex scoffed, giggling. Even all the years of being with Alex, the mans giggle was probably the cutest thing he'd ever heard. It still made his heart skip beats when he heard it. "Yeah, but you love me." Jack said, leaning in for another kiss. "Forever?" "Always. Just like I promised you." ~~~ *20 years later* Alex likes to think back on those times when he and Jack were younger, smiling every time he did. He loves remembering the way Jack looked, how he still looks, when Alex wakes up and he's beside him. He knows there's nothing he'd ever change about his husband or their kids. Hayden was now thirty four and Xander was twenty eight. Hayden was married to a nice young man named Jordan and their daughter, Haylie, just turned five last week. Xander, roughly at the age of fifteen, finally admitted to his parent that he was gay and was dating a nice young man named Kyle; the pair was now engaged and prepared to be married in less than a month. After Xander, the pair had decided to not have any more kids, deciding that two were all they could handle. Alex had a surgery done when his body was able and he got certain parts removed, making him impossible to impregnate. Alex often liked to look back on his life and think about every good thing that's happened to him and Jack. Becoming friends in middle school, dating in high school, becoming engaged, getting married, having Hayden and then Xander all crossed through his now fifty six year old mind. He smiled as the front door to their house opened and he saw Jack step through. A warm sense of love overwhelmed him as he eyed his husband, admiring everything about him. The way his graying hair fell into his eyes, those same dark brown eyes that he fell in love with back in high school. He admired the way Jack walked, long lanky arms and legs moving in sync and somehow making it all work. And that nose, that stupidly overly big nose that adorned his husbands face. Alex didn't know what it was about that nose but, he loved it. In fact, he loves everything about Jack. From the tip of his head to the ends of his toes, everything. And just like Jack had promised him ohsomany years ago when they married; he's loved Jack and Jack has loved him forever. And always. *read authors note plz*
