Chapter 2:
I weirdly found myself watching the clock as every second drew closer to music. Don't get me wrong I love music, it's my favourite subject infact, but for some reason I found my self on the edge of my seat as the clock struck one minute before 5th period.
The bell rang and I jumped off my seat taking my bag with me as I made my way out of the classroom. Tay was already in her seat and beamed at me as I took mine, turning to face her. "Hey Lex." She greeted me and I smiled at the new nickname.
"Hey you." I said winking at her, she grinned and a blush crept up on her cheeks. "I've wrote a new song, yes with a female part, would you sing it with me? Pleeassssseeeee?" I begged her putting on my best puppy-dog eyes. She huffed.
"Hmm, Maybe" She winked at me. I pouted slightly puffing out my cheeks, she used her thumb and middle finger to squeeze my cheeks together and laugh, "Of coarse I will." She said then stuck her tongue out at me and I grinned at her and we made our way to one of the booths after the register had been taken.
"Right so, to be honest I havent really got a tune to go with the girl bit so just make it up or whatever." She laughed at me and I handed her the book. I began and she smiled intently.
He woke up from dreaming and put on his shoes
Started making his way past 2 in the morning
He hasn't been sober for days
Leaning now into the breeze
Remembering Sunday, he falls to his knees
They had breakfast together
But two eggs don't last
Like the feeling of what he needs
Now this place seems familiar to him
She pulled on his hand with a devilish grin
She led him upstairs, she led him upstairs
Left him dying to get in
Forgive me, I'm trying to find

I don't mean to be a bother,

She's been running through my dreams
And it's driving me crazy, it seems
I'm going to ask her to marry me
Even though she doesn't believe in love,
He's determined to call her bluff
Who could deny these butterflies?
They're filling his gut
Waking the neighbors, unfamiliar faces
He pleads though he tries
But he's only denied
Now he's dying to get inside
Forgive me, I'm trying to find
My calling, I'm calling at night
I don't mean to be a bother,
But have you seen this girl?
She's been running through my dreams
And it's driving me crazy, it seems
I'm going to ask her to marry me
The neighbors said she moved away
Funny how it rained all day
I didn't think much of it then
But it's starting to all make sense
Oh, I can see now that all of these clouds
Are following me in my desperate endeavor
To find my whoever, wherever she may be
She hesitated at first then began, making up her own tune, it was a little different but it suited the song so well.
I'm not coming back
I've done something so terrible
I'm terrified to speak
But you'd expect that from me
I'm mixed up, I'll be blunt, now the rain is just
Washing you out of my hair and out of my mind
Keeping an eye on the world,
From so many thousands of feet off the ground, I'm over you now
I'm at home in the clouds, and towering over your head
I sat shocked in silence again at her voice and she began my line as if to say "hurry the fuck up you love drunk son of a bitch"
I guess I'll go home now...
She sang and I joined in with her finishing the song together. This was so perfect. Just then I heard "The Ballad Of Mona Lisa" play and Tay's cheeks turned red and she took her phone out of her pocket and answered it, "Hey Jacky, how is my baby?" She said smiling uncontrollably. Great. She mouthed sorry at me and laughed at what I presumed was his answer. "I'm actually in the sound booth with Alex... Yeah... We're practising my songs...ok." She Pressed something on her screen and I heard Jack.
"Hey Alex, coming in the toilets for a quickie?" He laughed.
"Yeah sure, be there in a minute!" I said jokingly.
"Oh Jacky." Tay laughed, "Well me and Alex better get back to music, see you after school baby." She said smiling at the phone as if Jack could see through it.
"Bye baby, see you soon!"
How cute they were made me want to stab a fork in my eye.
She slid over beside me and watched me as I flicked through my songs laying her head on my shoulder. I kind of tilted my head so it rested on her's. If I died here I would die happy.

TAYLEX IS LIKE MY FAVOURITE SHIP SO THIS ALL TOO MUCH IM SORRYI know it's a bit boring just now but drama is coming so don't give up on this.
