Chapter 11:
Oli's POV
Alex was cute, he reminded me of Jack a lot. Which made me want to burst into tears. His eyes showed how broken he actually was but he kept on a brave face. I didn't want to think about Jack. I didn't want to think about the fact his body will now be in a black bag, like he was nothing, but that's all I can think about just now. His perfect body smashed into pieces. His perfect face dried with blood and tears. Tears started forming at the bottom of my eyes and I tried to hide them from Alex with my hair, but failed badly.
"O-oliver."
"Call me Oli." I said, hurt showing clean through my voice.
"Oli-i. Jack-k is in a b-better place. H-he's happy-y-y now." I shook my head and tears started spilling down his cheeks. He held out his arms again and I gladly flew into them, resting my arm over his chest and my head resting on his chest also. I cried into his t-shirt, grabbing the opposite end with my clenched fists. He rested his forehead in my hair and looked up at him.
"T-thank you-u." I stuttered out. Damn fucking stutter. He smirked in reply, I could tell it was forced for me but I returned it. "No-o seriously-y. You are my only friend-d or-r person thats-s bothered to s-s-s-speak to me since Sheffield-d."
"Sheffield! Fuck I was trying-g to figure out where-r you came from." I giggled.
"You-u lived in America your whole life?" I asked and he looked even more hurt.
"N-no. I lived in Essex till I was 11. W-when my brother passed away we moved here, for-r a new start." His breathing hitched causing him to stutter a lot.
"Oh I-I'm sorry." I said now feeling guilty for bringing it up.
"No it's fine dude, I just feel li-ike I've lost a brother-r-r again, you know-w?" I nodded. I turned my wrist slightly and to my surprise he used his finger to trace the blood red lines all down my wrist. "You can do better than this Oli." He said still tracing the lines across my veins. I shook my head causing him to sigh. "I think you are." I smirked at that. I really liked Alex
