The four boys arrived at the house, finding Bella slumped on the sofa in obvious agony, clutching her bump still. Paige was frantically pacing the lounge trying to think of what to do. Neither of them saw the boys walk bolt through the door until Bella heard Alex scream her name. She looked up at him and smiled as he extended his arms to help her up from the sofa. She willingly held them and pulled herself up from her position, Rian grabbing the bags and Jack running to Bella's other side, as both Alex and Jack walked Bella to the car. The three of them laughed, trying to lighten the mood, as Bella occasionally flinched from the pain. Zack walked over to Paige and held her tight, seeing that she was affected by all of this.

"Baby, what's wrong?" Zack whispered quietly, as he pulled Paige as close to him as he could.

"That should have been me." Paige replied, whispering gently into Zack's chest, a frog forming in her throat. "But it's not, and it's okay. It will happen eventually." Paige sniffed as she pulled away from Zack, shaking her head and wiping her eyes. "Right now, it's about Bella and Alex, and I'm okay with that. Let's go." Paige grabbed Zack's hand, as he smiled a wary smile. She dragged him out of the front door and waited for him to lock it behind him.

They met the others at Bella's car, where Jack and Alex had just helped to lower Bella into the passenger's seat. They laughed as she sunk into the seat, making a joke about how she hoped she wasn't going to leave a nasty stain or a horrible smell in the car, and that if she did then she wasn't going to be tending to it. Alex smiled and leaned in close to her, giving her a kiss on the forehead.

For a minute, the rest of the world disappeared. The boys' laughter faded away and the situation in the current moment died down, as Alex looked straight into Bella's eyes. She reciprocated the look. "This is it." He smiled gently, as she shared a nervous grin. "This is officially the beginning of the rest of our lives." Alex planted a kiss on Bella's lips, making it last for as long as he could. "And I honestly can't wait." Bella smiled as she kissed him again.

"Most likely, this time tomorrow, we will be coming home with our little baby Isobel." Bella and Alex smiled from ear to ear, Alex biting his lip carefully. He turned round to see the three boys and Paige staring at them, begging for an answer on what they were going to do. Alex made sure that Bella was belted in properly and shut the car door as she played with her bump. "Not long now." She whispered so quietly to herself, as she felt around the bottom of her bump, knowing that it had dropped.

"Okay, so what's the plan?!" Jack eagerly asked.

"I'm going to drive Bella to the hospital. Jack, you're in the car with me. No buts. Zack, you drive Paige and Rian to the hospital in my car." Alex threw over his car keys to Zack. "I am trusting you so much right now, do not make me regret it, please." He threw Zack a warning glance as he sat down in the driver's seat of Bella's car, Jack jumping into the back seat. Alex pulled the car off of the driveway, with Zack in pursuit, both cars starting on their drive to the hospital.

Both cars were just over halfway there, as Bella cried out. She held her bump firmly, wishing for the pain to stop. Jack tried to soothe her as Alex tried to keep his eyes on the road. He hated seeing Bella in so much pain and knowing that he couldn't really do anything about it. But it was even worse right now, as he couldn't even comfort her when she needed it the most. Although, he thought to himself that it would probably be a cliche moment where the girl starts blaming the boy for everything, including getting her pregnant. He tried not to laugh as he thought about it, being brought back to reality when Bella screamed out again.

"Jack, ring Rian and tell him to put it on speaker." Alex commanded as Jack did what he was asked.

"What do you want?" The three of them heard Rian ask as he picked up the phone.

"Dude, put you phone on speaker, Alex wants to talk to Zack, I think." Jack shouted above the road noise.

Rian put his phone on speaker and Zack saw the flash of Alex's hazard lights in front of him, waiting for an explanation over the phone.

"Zack, I'm going to speed up. Bella's in a lot of pain, which I'm guessing means she is having contractions, which I'm guessing means that they are happening a lot sooner ..so yeah, we really need to get her to the hospital. Catch up or keep up?" Alex questioned.

"Keep up!" Paige screamed down the phone. "I want to be right next to her when she gives birth!" She demanded.

"I guess I'm keeping up!" Zack chuckled.

"Great. What I'll do is when we get there.. Paige, you get out and help me get Bella out. Rian, you drive Bella's car and find a parking space and Zack, you follow Rian and park next to him." Alex ordered.

"Hey, why don't I get to drive?" Jack moaned.

"Jack, I love you sweetie, but this is an expensive car." Bella laughed between contractions. Jack frowned as he tried not to look too disheartened, squeezing her hand with his arm stretched through to the front, as far as he could reach.

"See you there!" Alex screeched excitedly as Jack hung up the phone and Alex put his foot down on the accelerator. So hard that it nearly went through the floor of the car.

"Can you not break my car please?"

"I'll buy you another one if I have to. Just get this damn baby out of you!"
