"I don't do band members!"

Hi my name is Giselle, people call me Gi or better Gi-Gi, I am 23 years old and I have the best and the worst job in the world, I am event manager for Warped Tour.
There are a few of us working for Warped and the majority of the work is done in the months prior to the tour when we sit in the office day by day to source and contact, negotiate and contract the different venues and companies that make this huge event work. Catering companies, transport and logistic firms, technique and equipment rentals, building companies, security and emergency staff, and and and ....

So when we actually go out on tour we have to hope that all the months of preparations will pay off and everything goes as planned which in reality it never does so then we have to try and fix it. That is the bad part about it because everybody expects us to.

Everybody turns to us when something doesn't work, the bands, the organisers, the management, the technicians, the fans, the security, the employees and staff. And we are supposed to make it happen and to know the answer to all their problems.

So I have my fair share of complaining rock stars annoying me everyday wanting to be treated as VIP's and demanding to be first in everything.
Over the years I got to know quite a lot of them pretty well and they know me. So I can handle them, at least most of the time. Some I got to know even better which in the past has led to some hurtful memories but more of that later.

If I have to I can be as tough as nails and nobody dares to fuck around with me when I get mad. But apart from that I am a pretty laid back and happy-go-lucky kind of girl that makes friends easily and just likes to have fun.
So this year I promised to myself things would be different. I would work more, party less and most of all, not date a single band member for the whole summer.
At least that's what I thought.

Okay, lovelies! I'm back with another Warped Tour story! I have been tossing around the idea in my head for quite some time now and I have lots of bits and pieces already written. I just have to make a story out of it. Easy! Hahaha. That also means I am not totally sure where this will go, so there is a lot of room for surprises, even for me.
