Dear María

“María” Jack called my name in a sing-song tone.
“Mhm?” I hummed with my eyes closed.
“Wake up, we’re stopping” he shook me a bit, “Don’t make me go the hard way” he threatened and I instantly got up.
“Don’t tickle me, please” he smirked.
“I was thinking of morning sex but anyway” he laughed.
“What time is it?” I asked, ignoring what he just said.
“It’s been 20 hours since we left Baltimore” he informed, “You’ve been sleeping for 18, I think”
“Where are we?” he stood up and hugged me.
“I have no idea” he laughed, “But let’s go out, stretch our legs. We’re heading the road again in an hour” he pushed me softly out of the bus, where Oriol had already set a chair and was smoking happily.
He told me Stella’s been a bit pissy so I rode her a while, letting her kick stuff and running around. I didn’t girth her, or put her bridle on, so I just put her headstall on and tied a rope around it to use it as the reins. After 45 minutes letting her kick and run her stress away, she started to become tired and I walked her back into the trailer.
I joined the guys, which had come down to get some fresh air, and sat on the grass next to Jack, who wrapped his arms around me and pulled me closer to him as I stared at the daisies growing near us and the guys talked.
It was around 3am, so the picnic site we parked in was empty, except a hippy caravan at the other side of the parking lot and two or three employees in the empty and small shop. I felt very tired and dizzy from the bus, I never liked being trapped in a car, bus, or any closed space with wheels. Especially for a long time.
“Ok, guys, I think we should start heading the bus again” Matt raised his voice,“I’ll call Jordan” he said, mentioning the driver, who was taking a nap.
We soon walked up the bus and I went straight to Jack and I’s bunk to get some sleep again. What I didn’t expect was Jack following me.
“I thought you were going to watch another movie with the guys” I rested my head on his chest.
“I’ve already watched them, plus they won’t let me watch Home Alone, so…” he gave me a small peck on my lips.
“Well, I’m tired, so I won’t be able to hold a conversation for much longer” I yawned, a small noise escaping my mouth.
“You’re so cute when you make those little noises” he kissed the tip of my nose.
I blushed but he couldn’t see because of the lack of ilumination in our bunk.
“I feel your face getting hot” he chuckled and kissed my hair, “I love you so damn much” he kissed my hair.
“I love you too” I smiled, even though he couldn’t see.
After a while in comfortable silence, Jack spoke up.
“Hmm, by the way, the guys and I were discussing… about the showers” he hesitated, I touched his cheek and felt it burning.
“I feel you blushing, Jacky” I giggled, “So, tell me... What’s with the showers?” I asked so he could finish his explanation.
“First of all we wanted to ask you, shall we shower first or you prefer to be the first one?” he asked.
“As long as you don’t leave the bathroom like a mess, I’ll be the last one. I’m veeery slow” I chuckled at the end, “But you already know this, why are you asking me?”
“Well, I’m normally the last one and I was wondering… if you wanted to shower with me?” I felt a smirk form on his lips.
“Why wouldn’t I?” I answered with a question, “Of course I’ll shower with you, it’s not like we haven’t seen each other naked before” he bursted into a fit of laugher just as I finished by sentence.
“True” he managed to say when the laugher calmed down.
I cuddled into him a bit more as his arm wrapped around my waist and pulled me closer.
“I love you” I mumbled.
“I love you too, princess” he whispered, slowly rubbing my back until I fell asleep.

Notes

I think the 'Warped Tour' chapter will have 3 parts. It's basically an introduction to the first days on Warped, nothing special.
Why aren't you commenting?? Did I do something wrong?
I just find it hilarious: I comment every single time a fanfiction I read udates, while I'm practically begging you guys to comment, even if it's one letter, I don't care, just comment. It really makes my day, no matter how stupid the comment is!
Ugh, anyway.
Like I said in the last update, I need ideas for when Warped finishes in the story, so please help me!
