We were currently playing 'The Irony Of Choking On A Lifesaver'. As the song ended chants of 'JALEX' began to come from the crowd. Alex sent me a lopsided grin before runnin over to where i stood and planted his lips on mine, giving me a small kiss.
See, we do this to mess with the fans that 'ship' Jalex.
But this time it was different. Butterflies- No, dragons erupted in my stomach. From the look on Alexs face when we pulled away, he felt it too. Alex grimaced before strutting back over to the microphone in the center of the stage. Well shit.
"Okay guys, you're all fucking awesome! This one's called Weightless! Sing along if you know the words!"
-----TIME SKIP- AFTER THE SHOW----
We had just arrived back at the bus.
"I Call first shower!" Rian exclaimed, bounding into the miniature bathroom. "Jack, lets talk." Alex said, grabbing my arm and practically dragging me into the back lounge. "Alex! Slow the fuck down! What's wrong?" I all but shouted. His expression dropped a little. "When we kissed on stage.." He trailed off. "It was just like every other night. Now, can i shower?" I Wasn't sure how i was feeling! I Was just gonna ignore the feeling i got, okay?!
I saw hurt flash through his eyes for a brief second before he composed himself fully. "Y-yeah, sorry." He released his grip on my arm.
----TIME SKIP-1 WEEK----
Over the past week i had been thinking alot about the kiss Alex and I shared, and I'm pretty sure im gay. Or atleast for Alex. Or i think I am. Well, only one way to find out..
It was just another night, and we had just finished playing Vegas, when the chants of Jalex started up again. I All but flew across the stage and hastily attached my lips with Alex.
The dragons in my stomach were back as Alex got over the initial shock and began to kiss back. I almost forgot about the crowd being there as the world seemed to stop. Sounds cliche,
but yeah..
I Pulled away panting and smiling widely. Alex mirrored my actions
"Well guys, It was an honor to play here, for all of you, but I'm sorry to say that was the last song of the night. Goodnight Manchester!" Alex yelled into the microphone.
When we arrived back at the bus I was the one to drag Alex to the back lounge.
"I'm done with this awkward, avoiding eachother shit." I Spoke loudly, Alex nodded in agreement as if he was scared to speak.
"Fuck it" I Mumbled to myself and crashed my lips against Alex's for the second time tonight. His perfect, plump, pink lips. This time Alex kissed back immediately, adding more passion into the kiss.
We pulled apart breathing heavily and smiled innocently at each other.
"I like you.. alot." Alex admitted quietly. "And I like you too, Mr Gaskarth. Alot." I said grinning. Alex's smile widened. "So.. W-Will you b-be m-my boyf-friend?" Alex stuttered nervously. I Grinned and captured his lips in another passionate kiss.
"Yes"
