Alex's POV

"Dude, get your ass off of me!" Although the summer holidays had just come to an end, the sun was still present, shinning through my pale blue curtains. Jack and I had stayed at each others houses most of the holidays, rarely being away from each other. It'd been the same since I moved from England. Jack and I were always together. We were inseparable. My house was his and his house was mine. Neither of our parents minded, they were used to it.
"Wha-a?" Jack mumbled, pulling the batman covers closer to his chest. "What time is it?"
"7 o'clock" I replied, swinging my legs over my side of the bed.
"Gimme 5 more minutes." he sighed, turning away from me. I obeyed, shuffling through my draws to find something suitable to wear. It was all the same; band t-shirts and black skinny jeans. I picked up my clothes and headed towards the bathroom at the end of the hall.

I undressed myself, standing totally naked on the cold bathroom tiles. I turned on the shower and stepped in, allowing the warm water to trickle down my back. I scrubbed my hair with shampoo, lacing my fingers through my knotted hair.

I wandered back into my room 10 minutes later after drying myself off to find Jack still tangled in the sheets. He'd never been a morning person, especially not on the first day back to school.
"Oi, dickhead!" I cried, throwing my wet towel over his face.
"Fuck off," he grunted, slowly appearing from under the covers. "I'm getting up."

Jack's POV

I hated mornings, but I knew I was going to have to get up sometime soon. I heard Alex walk back into the room and hid myself under the sheets. They were so warm and cozy, I really didn't want to move.
"Oi dickhead" Before I had time to respond, his soaking wet towel was covering my head, causing me to shudder.
"Fuck off, I'm getting up." I promised, slowly lifting myself up and spinning to face Alex. He stood their, shirtless. His black skinny jeans clinging to his lanky legs, showing them off perfectly. I stared at his torso. I'd never really taken much notice to it before. It wasn't really toned, but it was...right. Realising what I was doing, I snapped myself out of it. He hadn't seen me checking him out, at least, I don't think he did. He went down onto his knees, searching through his t-shirt draw. Cut it out Jack, he's your best friend and you're not gay!
"Who are you hoping we have for form this year?" he asked, pulling a black blink-182 top over his slightly damp belly.
"Oh, erm- I don't know, maybe Mr. Carlile or something?"
"Yeah, he's pretty cool. Are you gonna like, get ready? We need to meet Rian and Zack in 15 minutes dude."
"Shit yeah erm-"
"If you need to borrow some of my clothes, you know where they are, I'll go make us some toast." He walked out of the door and down the stairs. Thank god he hadn't caught onto me being weird. I practically jumped out of bed and made my way towards Alex's draws. I picked out a pair of black skinny jeans - identical to all of his other pairs - and a top that I'd left behind the last time I stayed over. I pulled the 'BONER' top on and wriggled into the tight jeans before joining Alex in the kitchen. I looked down at my phone to check the time. 7:50.
"Jack," my head jolted up from where I'd been looking down. "are you alright?" I nodded, reassuring him that I just didn't want to go back to school.
"Neither do I buddy." he laughed as my phone buzzed.
From Rian: we're outside, hurry up.

I'm sorry this is so crap, it's my first proper fanfiction so bare with me.

I'll update as often as I can, which might be hard with school and exams and stuff.

Also, I'm sorry if I get some things wrong. I live in the UK but this story is set in America and I know that a lot of things are different so I'm sorry if I fuck up at all.
