We Can Make You A Star
First Holiday
Today is Easter, our first holiday with Amy in our life. It is April 7th, making Amy only a little over a week old. Since she's obviously too little to try and look for eggs, we decide to throw a small party with our friends and family in which we all search for eggs throughout our entire house. Not in a game sense, but just for fun. Jack and I spent all of last night dying eggs for tonight and have spent all of this moring hiding them throughout the house.
After a few hours of hanging out and taking care of Amy, my family and Jack's family show up. Before we could let them in, a familiar face runs into the house with excitement.
"Let me see my niece!" May yells. I wasn't expecting to see her today, but that's when I remember that she comes down during every holiday to visit, and on the families birthdays, depending on whether or not she can come down. I hand Amy to May and watch as she squeals happily over her. After a few minutes, our good pals, Alex, Zack, Rian, Tay, Katie and Cassadee show up. Now that everyone's here, we decide to start the egg hunt.
"We can take Amy from you." Jack smiles to his sister. "Though I know you'd love to keep holding her."
"Fine." May laughs as she hands Amy to Jack. "I just love her so much." We start to egg hunt, allowing everyone to team up in groups of 2 since Jack and I will be together, along with Amy.
We made sure to let everyone know that there was 72 eggs in total, that way we make sure that we found them all by the end. After a couple hours pass and everyone struggles to find more, we meet up in the kitchen and count to make sure we found all 72, in which we did. We all continue to chat as we snack on some eggs for the hell of it. After a few hours, the night comes to an end and all of our family heads home but the friends stick around to help clean up.
"Well, May just really seemed to love Amy." Alex laughs. "It was almost like she never wanted to let her go."
"I'm sure she would've taken her home if we let her." Jack jokes.
"Well, hey, at least you guys could've gotten a break." Tay laughs.
"Nah, that's quite alright. I don't mind the little breaks as long as it involves Amy." I smile. After we finish cleaning up, we put Amy in her crib so she can sleep in peace while we hang out in the living room and chat.
"So, how have you guys been within the last week?" I ask them all.
"Well, Cassadee and I might have some news for you." Rian says to us smiling as he looks over at Cassadee.
"Tell us! What's going on?" Katie asks getting excited. "I have a feeling this is great news!" We all stare at each other and wait for them to say what's going on.
"We're engaged." Cassadee smiles as she reveals the ring that Rian gave her. Instantly, Tay, Katie and I are freaking out over the ring.
"Congratulations, guys." Zack says to them. That is extremely exciting. It's so crazy to see how much life will be changing for us as we continue to grow up. As the night comes to a close and Amy wakes up for a quick bottle, our friends head out and I head to my room to relax while Jack takes care of Amy.

I haven't decided that yet. I definitely have it in my thoughts though for him to pop up at least one more time. :) Won't be telling you guys my decision though. :) You'll have to learn for yourself.
