The City Comes Alive When We're Together
Pictures, Pictures and More Pictures

We pull up in front of Megan's house and I look at everyone sitting there.
"Well, you guys ready?" I ask them.
"Aren't you just walking up?" Alex asks me as everyone stares at me.
"I was, but Megan texted me and said that her mom wants to take pictures of everyone who is going to the Prom with her." I explain. They all look at me and sigh, and I can't blame them since we've already went through our photos with our own parents.
"Alright, I can handle that." Rian answers. We all get out of the vehicle and walk up to her door. I ring the doorbell and everyone lines up behind me. After a few seconds, the door opens and Megan's mom is in the door.
"Hey you guys!" She says in excitement. "You all look so beautiful and handsome." I start to get embarrassed because I never have gotten to really meet her mom outside of the hospital. "Come in!" So, of course all of us, me, Alex, Zack, Rian, and their dates, Tay, Katie and Cassadee walk into the house.
"Megan! They're here!" An unfamiliar man yells that I'm going to assume is her dad. Seconds later, Megan turns the corner and I instantly smile big. She looks so beautiful as she stands there in the flowing red dress that has some black to it, with her hair curled, showing off the blonde from underneath and her make up, from the eyeliner to the blush, I can't get over how beautiful she looks. I walk up and give her a huge hug.
"You look so beautiful baby." I give her a quick kiss and then Alex walks up. He hands me a box that has a corsage in it to give to her. I pull the corsage out and smile as I put it on her wrist. I notice that her mom is standing there taking pictures and tearing up. Man, Megan wasn't kidding when she said her mom's emotional. Just then, Megan's brother, Robert, walks up with a boutoniere. Megan takes it from him and attaches it to my tux. And of course, her mother took a picture of that too. Once we were all set, her mom sets us up to all take pictures together.
"Alright, let's take some outside." She says to us leading us to the backyard after already taking about five or six photos. We head out into the backyard. After about five or six more photos, we go back inside.
"Ok, we'll let you all leave now." Her dad laughs trying to help us from taking any more photos. "Have fun you guys!" I grab Megan's hand and head out of the house.
