Alex's p.o.v.

"So, how long are we on the road for?" I asked, slipping myself down on the sofa I've always seemed to sit on. Mark was sat in front of me, my dad and Travis somewhere outside; most likely getting girls, well, Travis. Ever since my dad broke up with my mum, things have been strange. Dad's becoming less and less flirtous around girls. I guess he doesn't feel up to it. Three years on and he's still not over the divorce, well, it seems like that to me.

"Six weeks." He replied, ripping me from my previous thoughts. I nodded at him. Six weeks is a lot.

"All in Baltimore?" I asked. I wasn't told much about where we'll be playing. In fact, I think I'm not doing any shows, and it's just Blink.

"Just outside Baltimore, yeah. We're sort of staying close to Baltimore." He informed me. I nodded as my phone buzzed. I reached into my pocket, finding it a little difficult through these skinny jeans. I finally got it out, looking at the screen.

' 1 New Message From Jack :3'

I smirked. So he found the paper? High five for me! I clicked on it, reading it. I chuckled at the little message he sent. I thought it was a pretty good pick-up line if I say so myself. I started writing out a reply.

To Jack :3
Well hello there. How ever did you get my number?

I smirked again, locking my phone.

"What are you smirkin' at?" Mark asked, placing his arm on the back of the sofa, his face questioning me. I shrugged.

"It's nothing. Hey, I think I'm gonna take a nap." I lied. What? I didn't want people seeing me smirk down at my phone like I'm some sort of creep. Mark nodded and I smiled at him, returning to my little bunk. My phone buzzed, telling me that Jack had replied. I got into my bunk, laying down on the quilt. I quickly reached into my pocket while trying to get in a much comfortable space. I got my phone, bringing it above me with my hands. I looked at the message.

From Jack :3
You put it in my back pocket! >:o

He put. I chuckled, typing out a quick reply.

To Jack :3
Uh, no I didn't. I don't know what you're talking about. ;)

This was way more fun than I expected it to be. I love playing the innocent role. Almost instantly, my phone buzzed.

From Jack :3
Yes you did. :( It doesn't matter though ;) At least I have your number.

I grinned ear to ear at the text Jack sent. Is he flirting? I smirked, texting back.

I had fun today. :D I replied.

"Alex! Get out your bed and come socialize!" I heard my dad shout from where ever he was. I huffed, locking my phone, getting off my bed and placing the phone in my pocket. I lazily made my way to the 'sitting room'. I smiled at everyone there. Travis and my dad.

"Hey." I replied, sitting next to Travis, opposite my dad.

"I just wanted to re-tell you about your performance today, Alex. It was fucking amazing! I knew you were talented, but you interacting with the crowd just adds to how amazing you were on stage!" My dad excitedly said.

"I've got agree, man. You fucking rocked." Travis said from beside me. I blushed at their words.

"Thanks guys." I mumbled, smiling to add that I really did appreciate their kindness. I really did appreciate it, though. It means so such to me that they liked my stuff.

"You're welcome, Alex. Now, can I speak to you in private?" My dad asked, gesturing to my bunkroom; it was the only place that was 'private'. I nodded. I was a little concerned, although, I had no reason at all to be. He probably wants to talk to me about the concert. I walked into my bunkroom, my dad behind me. I turned around to see my dad smiling.

"So, tell me about the boy who's name has to be Jack."
