Oh, Calamity.

Driving with Alex was, well, an experience to say the least. I honestly think he spent more time looking at me than at the road which was absolutely terrifying for me and he had one hand on my leg and one hand loosely on the steering wheel for the majority of the time. I am honestly surprised we made it to the little pizzeria in one piece but we did and now I get to have the one thing I love most in life; pizza.

‘Dude, I really fucking love pizza’ I exclaimed whilst shoving more pizza in my mouth, not the most attractive thing to do on a first date but I’m knew to this whole thing so who cares.

‘Yeah, I can tell’ Alex said with a beautiful smirk on his face as he took a sip of my drink.

‘Ay, get off my drink!’ I exclaimed with a mouth full of pizza pulling my drink away from him and back to me.

‘But your drink tastes way better than mine’ he protested although we had the exact same thing.

‘Lex we have the exact same drink’ I stated, picking up yet another piece of pizza and shoving as much as I could in my mouth.

‘Difference is though, that one’s yours’ Alex said with a wink as I burst out laughing at how he cute he was obviously trying to be. First the rose and now that comment, I wonder what the rest of the night is going to be like.

‘That is an incredibly gay thing to say, you know that right?’ I asked smiling cheekily at him.

‘I know but if it makes you smile that beautiful smile then I’ll be as gay as you want’ He said gently taking my hand in his and interlocking our fingers.

‘You’re very sweet Alexander; I should hope you are not just trying to get into my pants’ I joked, in a posh voice watching as he smiled sweetly up at me.

‘You know I’m not’ He stated. ‘You know that what I feel for you is one hundred percent real’

His gaze was intense as I tried to think of something to say that wouldn’t make me sound like an eleven year old girl when she finds out the boy she likes has a crush on her. Unfortunately some idiots from the table a few behind us got their input before I could.

‘Aww, look at the little fags’ One of them sneered evily causing me to slump down into my seat a little and Alex to look like he was going to murder someone.

‘Get a room for god sakes, no one wants to see that. It’s disgusting’ Another one sneered as Alex stood up in one swift motion, placed enough money on the table to cover our order, grabbed my hand and walked out.

‘Who they fuck do they think they are?!’ He exclaimed angrily letting go of my hand to ball his hands into fists. ‘Who gives a fuck if we are together? It’s not like I have six eyes and you have twenty fingers and even if we did it’d still be okay!’ He ranted causing me to laugh a little.

‘I’m glad you find this amusing’ He grumbled grabbing me by my hips and pulling me into a tight hug.

‘I’m sorry Lex, you’re just amusing when you’re angry and ranting’ I said as he buried his face into my chest. ‘Don’t let those assholes ruin our night, tonight’s about you and me ok? Not them’

‘You sure you still want to finish the date?’ He asked gently. ‘I can understand why you wouldn’t’

‘Of course I do! I couldn’t care less about their opinion’ I exclaimed pushing him away from my chest so that I could look into his eyes. ‘I like you and you like me, that’s all that matters’

‘I know, I’m sorry. I just really hate people like that’ Alex said taking my hands.

‘I understand’ I said gently.

‘See next time you make me dramatically storm out of a restaurant though?’ I asked. ‘Could you at least pick up the remaining pizza’

‘You and your fucking pizza’ Alex laughed as he planted a light kiss on my lips before pulling me towards his car for part two of date night.

Twenty minutes of dangerous driving later, we arrived at the bowling alley. I had never been bowling before and I had told Alex this on the way here but he assured me it really wasn’t that hard. At least he seemed to be in better spirits now, laughing and joking like his usual self. On the way inside I was pretty sure that I could see one of the boys from the pizzeria but I’m sure my mind was just playing tricks on me. I was pretty freaked out by the evil glare that one gave me.

After getting all bowling shoed up and entering our names into the system, we were all set to play. Alex went first and he was actually pretty good and I’m not going to lie I did have a great time checking out his ass as he crouched down. You can’t even blame me; the boy has a great ass.

‘You think you got it?’ he asked me as I picked up my bowling ball and tried to get my fingers into the wee holes properly.

‘It seems easy enough just try and knock all the pins down’ I said trying to hide the fact I was terrified I was going to completely fail and make an idiot of myself.

‘You want me to help you a little, you know just to make sure’ Alex asked nonchalantly watching me with amused eyes as I stared at the ball in my hands nervously.

‘Yeah, you know just to make sure’ I said as Alex came up behind me and I mean behind me. His legs were against the back of mine, his crotch to my ass and his chest right against my back. I’m pretty sure he didn’t need to be this close but I really wasn’t complaining.

‘Move forward a bit’ He whispered into my ear nudging me forward before giving me more instructions.

‘Bend down a little bit and just swing the ball back and let go’ He said demonstrating with my arm. We went through this a few times before Alex stepped back, lightly slapped my ass and told me to try it now.

‘I think you should show me again, just once more’ I said, not because I didn’t get it just because I wanted him close to me again.

‘Nice try Barakat. Throw the god damn ball’ He shouted before starting a little encouraging chant of ‘Go Jayy’

‘Shut up, you’re putting me off’ I complained before throwing the ball and getting six of the pin things. That’s pretty good for a first time, I think.

‘Impressive’ Alex whispered into my ear after sneaking up behind me. ‘But not as good as me’

‘Yeah, we shall see’ I smirked before walking away to take a seat and watch Alex.


Half an hour later and I was wining by bit a considerable bit. We had stopped playing for a few minutes to get some drinks and snacks since I was, as usual, hungry.

‘I think you’re just pretending to have never bowled before’ Alex insisted, still stropping over the fact I was winning.

‘I think you just can’t except that you’re going to lose’ I laughed as I pulled out my phone from my pocket to see I had six missed calls from my mum. Oh shit.


‘Ohh, Jackky. You’re going to be in shit’ Alex laughed gently as I flipped him off.

‘I’m going to go phone her back before she reports me as being abducted or something’ I said before standing up and walking toward the entrance and blowing him a kiss. ‘Don’t miss me too much’

I laughed as I watched him catch the kiss and put it to his heart before blowing one back which I caught and put to my heart before walking out the door and into the cool night air. God damn, its cold! I should have brought my jacket.

‘Took you long enough’ an unfamiliar voice said from my left hand side. I looked up to see the asshole from the pizzeria approaching me. I tried turning to walk back inside but he grabbed me roughly causing me to yelp as I was pushed against the wall.


‘You’re not walking away this time fag!’
