After I ate and showered I go back to my bunk. Okay not to sulk again, I have done plenty of this the last days, but it really is the only private space I've got.
The guys are right I have to make a decision, go on hiding and denying or go out there and show them. The answer is clear. I have always been a fighter, they won't get me down easily.

I decide to call my best friend Stephanie. She answers after the third ring. "Easy, my god, how are you, if only half of what I heard is true you either have the best or the worst time of your life."

"A bit of both I guess."I reply "Steph I need your help, we will be back in LA in two days and I have to go to the MTV awards. I have nothing to wear and I look like shit. Help me! I'm freaking out on this."

And there goes my Steph, that's why I love her so much. "Don't you worry, I pick you up, then we will drive to our apartment where I will perform some magic on you, give you total access to my wardrobe and you will show those bitches what a bus girl can look like.
It will be awesome" she says clapping her hands.

Considering she had always wanted to give me a make over and I had constantly refused this must be a dream come true for her.

Two days later we arrive in Carson which is a suburb of LA and the location of today's Tour. It is 10am. The whole of Asking is of course still asleep. It's ten hours till the Awards and I am so nervous that I can't stand still. I wait by the gates for Stephanie to pick me up and when I see her little red car turning into the parking lot I start to run towards her. I hop into the seat beside her kiss her on the cheeks and say "let's do this"

Three hours later I am still sitting in front of our little kitchen table surrounded by a ridiculous amount of powder, colour and tubs and bottles I don't even recognise and Steph is trying to straighten my hair.
I am so bored that Steph scolds me for never sitting still, she hands me the laptop and orders "Here get yourself occupied and don't move"

I decide to try and talk to Alex.

After a couple of failed attempts I finally reach Alex on Skype.

His face appears on the screen, smiling widely. "Hey Easy, you feel better?"

"Yes I do, you know me nothing can get me down for long.
Although I missed you. I felt really, REALLY LONELY these past few days "
I say winking at him then faking a lions growl and a blow from the paw. "Roarrrr!"

He bends over nearly hitting his head on the table.

"Whoa, Easy stop! My pants grow tight already, I will have to take it all out on Jack afterwards."

Jack bends down to come into view. "Don't worry I'm used to it. Who is the person behind you whose head I cannot see?"

"Steph, come down here" I order and she bends down as well to be visible for the camera.

"This is my best friend Stephanie and these two idiots are Alex and Skunk Hair." Steph waves at the screen smiling "Hey guys."

"Skunk Hair has got a real name. It's Jack the Awesome. Hi nice to meet you. " Jack smiles widely taking up nearly all the screen.

"Sorry guys I have to fetch the gloss spray from the bathroom before Easy's hair gets cold! I'm back in a sec." Steph says.

Once she has left the room Jack comes close to the camera "Wow!" he whispers giving a thumbs up.

"I know mate, tits and ass, aye?" I whisper back. And now Alex really hits his head on the table when he cracks up laughing.

"God Easy, I missed you too" he says holding his forehead. "So why are you making yourself all pretty today, what's the occasion?"

Here my smile falters a bit "Yeah I have to go to MTV awards with Asking." He doesn't have to know that Danny called me his date for this.

"You don't sound overly excited." Alex states.

"I wouldn't be either, mainstream music and Katy Perry winning it all, how boring." Jack intercepts.

"No, go and have a good night, the show is supposed to be great and you look awesome, although I like you better when you're natural."Alex pushes Jack away.

"Awww, Alex you know how to win a woman's heart. Anyway I have to go and let Steph get the paint job done on me.

Jack, you have to meet Steph in person one day, she is so nice and you two would be perfect.

Alex, I am still missing you and don't be so hard on Jack later! He is such a frail person."

I blow him a few kisses while Jack in the background shouts "see, SHE cares about me!"

Then we hang up. When Steph comes back in she says " I still can't believe you can just casually skype with All Time Low, that's so insane."
"Is it even more insane when I tell you that Jack Barakat seemed pretty impressed with you. You guys should meet. That would be so awesome."

Steph just crosses her hands over her heart and let's out an exaggerated sigh. "Okay enough of this, let's make you beautiful" she says.

Another couple of hours later I am finally allowed to see myself in the mirror. I don't even recognise myself. I look like those girls in the magazines. My hair is straight and has an unreal golden shine and is styled in a perfect Bob.

My blue eyes are done in a smokey dark makeup and seem to glow. And my lips are two perfect shapes in blood red. I wear one of Stephs dresses which is pretty much only black lace that sits tight on my upper body and only just reaches to my mid thigh. And to top things off she put me in her red high heels.

Wow! If I wouldn't know better I would say this is a really beautiful girl.

Stephanie shakes her car keys "come on, gorgeous lets get you to party"
