The Next Big Thing

“Alex do you think you could call the guys over and record a few songs, I really need another demo for the label meeting in a month.” I asked him while sitting down for breakfast; this was probably the first time in a month that the house was empty aside from just he and I were alone in the house.
“Yeah sure I can, are you going to be okay with Zack coming over?”
“I’m sure I’ll be fine, I can handle seeing him, and it’s really not that big of a deal.”
“Okay yeah I’ll give them a call”


*********5 hours later*****************


“Shut your mouth and listen closely, Because this silence isn’t easy. So I’ll break it even harder than before” Alex sang into the mic, I was sitting in the other side of the booth so I could make sure everything comes out clear, than edit it all together. Jack and Rian were sitting around goofing off, Zack having left the second he was done recording his bass parts. After another 30 minutes Alex was out of the recording studio, and we were just sitting around watching a movie. A few hours later Rian had left after getting a call from Cass about how her stomach hurt all day and she was going to the hospital to make sure everything was okay with the baby.
“Hey what did you decide to do with the whole Austin situation?” I asked Becca from where I was cuddled into Jacks side.
“What happened with Austin?” Jack questioned?
“He and I slept together, and we actually decided that since he would have to fly back out in a month for a bunch of meetings for him to just stay here and that he and I would be fuck buddies till then…” She said, quacking at the end as if we would hear.
“Becca that can’t be aloud with the record deal and everything else.” I said.
“I don’t make the final decision, the board does, and I’m just a close with you guys and I’m Vics friend so what if I sleep with him? You’re all on an even playing field for the deal.” She said standing up and going upstairs.

“Hey Babe” I said to get Jacks attention.
“Yes?” He said turning towards me. I leaned up giving him a quick kiss.
“I love you.” I said smiling
“I love you too” He whispered before kissing me again.

I know it's short and shitty, and Tbh I've kinda lost interest in this story so it'll probably be ending soon like 2 more chapters kinda soon. I might come back in like a year but more than likely I''ll right an epilogue, like a chapter or two just to like wrap things up, so yeah. As always comments are always appreciated
