Updates for BringMeBarakat

Okay, so you won't care about this in the slightest, but after years, I finally came out to my mom and her boyfriend about being bisexual! I'm actually so fucking happy right now, you have no idea! :D

They're not 'homophobic', but they're not exactly fans....
I sat them down this morning and after having a massive rant at them about how shitty they were making me feel, I was like, ''Oh, and while we're being open and honest, there's something else I want to tell you...''

Instantly, they were both like ''Oh God, what?"

So I said, ''Well, I would really appreciate it if when you see a gay couple or whatever on TV kissing, you didn't make disgusted sounds and start making snarky comments, because I'm not straight myself...''

And my mom suddenly shouted ''what?!"

And man did I think she was going to get angry, but she was just surprised, and after an hour or so (because I had to go out) she was like, ''If you like girls, then that's fine, but if you ever bring a girl over, I just don't want to see it.''
