Alex’s POV
The rest of the period passed rather uneventfully. After first period, I hugged Jack and we went our separate ways. All through second and third period Jack was the only thing on my mind. It still amazed me that he had accepted me back into his life after everything I had done. As the bell rang to end third period, I eagerly ran out of the classroom.
I finally get to see Jack again.
I thought as I hurried over to my locker to put up my binder. Standing next to my locker was the tall and lanky boy I loved. I giggled softly at the goofy smile that was spread across his face. Unlocking my locker, I shoved my binder in quickly and turned to Jack.
“So, want to go off campus for lunch?” I asked him, my eyes locking with his.

Grabbing his hand, I pulled him to the end of the hall and out the door into the courtyard area. I glanced over my shoulder to make sure Jack was walking with me and I noticed him looking around for someone.
