A Dark Love To Hold

I run as fast as I possibly could. Somethings been following me throughout the night so I decided to take some turns around the town,only to still be followed. The forest was there and I took a run for it,hoping to shrug them off. As am running I try my hardest not to fall,am weak you see. I haven't had a proper meal in awhile and I doubt I will.1807 in London,especially Essex, hasn't treated anyone well. Plagues and death has no plans of stopping or slowing down,nearly wiping out every human and claiming thier lives. It took my family's lives which left me to fend for my own. I was deep in thought that I haven't noticed a loose tree branch,causing me to fall quite harshly.
"Ouch,bloody hell....",I rubbed my aching leg as pain started making its way throughout my body.suddenly I heard a snap near where I landed. I immediately started panicking, my breathing becoming rapid and heart skipping beats.
"H-h-hello? W-w-who's t-th-ere?",i asked knowing it won't do me much good. Suddenly I hear bushes rustling. A Dark mysterious figure approaches me,taking a sudden stop.
"My,you look lost and hurt. Don't you think it's a little late to be out?",she asked. She had long back hair,slightly messy and wavy. Her skin pale as the snow and lips dark as the night. She's wearing a short white dress which complements her figure.
"Didn't you hear me? Well I suppose not,your to terrified to speak. My name is Ariel, it's nice to meet you",she smiled as she took a few steps towards me. Eyes never leaving my own.
"D-d-Don't come a-any closer!",I yelled as I as backing away from her. My back dumped onto the tree trunk,leaving me no where to run.
"Oh dear, that's certainly no way to talk to a lady. Perhaps I shall teach you some manners",she quickly came to my side as she reached out and grabbed hold of my boney neck. One swift movement and I was pulled upwards facing her young face. I let out a silent whimper.
"Shhh there don't be frightened. Now won't you tell me your name young man?",showing me a sweet smile.
"A-alexander William Gaskarth. P-p-please don't hurt me.",I pleaded , daring not to move an inch. I dug my nails onto the trunk of the old tree.
"What a very interesting name you have. My look at you, your very handsome.....a little boney for my taste but you will do.",I was suddenly confused as to what she meant. Wait. Taste? Then it suddenly hit me. She's a vampire.
That's impossible. They were myths and lies. It can't possibly be. I stared at her wife's eyed, not noticing as her fangs slid out of her teeth. Slowly she was leaning in towards my neck. I began thrashing out of her grasp.
"Wait! Please spare my life am sure there's a well fed and healthy person around town. Please I beg of you, don't do this!",I yelled.
Hoping she will let me go. I haven't noticed that my own tears forming and falling freely against my checks. Her grasp gotten more firm as she began to lean closer to me ear.
"Alexander think of it as if am saving you from this dreaded world. I will end your suffering once and for all....I do hope you survive this.",I haven't had the chance to react as I felt her sharp fangs pierce my skin.
I yelled loudly and shut my eyes tightly. The venom sinking in my blood, burning my veins. It's feels as if my whole body is ignited on fire and millions of sharp needles hiring my body effortlessly. As soon as she bit me she lost go.I fell to the cold ground once again. I feel numb and new tears forming. Ariel knee'd down, brushing my greasy dirty hair out of my face.
"Before I go Alexander remember this, there is good and there is evil. You have the power to choose which path to take.", she got up and began to walk away from me.
"Why.....", I choked out before I die.
"Life is hard....death is peaceful.",she vanished. Leaving me behind to face my death and my birth.
