"Dear Andy,
I just got out of the hospital. I know, I know. You told me to be safe. Well, I tried. But you know me. Trouble finds me. Anyway, I was in the hospital because Sean attacked me. I suffered severe head trauma and was put into a medically induced coma so I wouldn't die, or something. For the past week, I've been really busy with meetings with law firms offering to represent me if I press charges. But I don't think I will. I have nothing to gain from it, so why should I? Insurance will cover the medical bills, so I don't see the point. Plus, I'm not really worried about Sean anymore. Remember how I told you about Jack's super-buff bandmates, Zack and Rian? Well, the two of them and their merch guy, Vinny, beat the shit out of him after he hurt me. Its pretty safe to say he won't be bothering me anymore.
I miss you so much, man. Its just not the same without having you around. I mean, I've made friends. I've gotten pretty close to Cassadee, Rian's girlfriend. But it isn't the same. I hope school in Cali is going well, and you're enjoying the sun. I wish I never dropped out. I sometimes wonder if you're reading these messages, but you're still pissed at me, so you don't reply. I really hope that you just changed your e-mail or something.
Anyway, another update. Its been two months since I last hurt myself. I haven't since the day I met Jack. He doesn't know that yet. I mean, he doesn't know I haven't done it since then. He knows about the cutting though. He's seen the scars. I'm currently staying with him in his apartment in Baltimore. Well, Jack just walked into the room, so I'm going to go.

I sent the e-mail and shut Jack's laptop. I felt Jack's arms wrap around me as he pressed a kiss to my shoulder. I grinned. "What's up?"
"I'm bored. Let's go do something." He said.
"Like what?" I asked, turning the chair around to face him.
"Wanna go to Starbucks?"
"Sure." I stood up. "It's kinda close, you wanna just walk there?"
"Of course." Jack smiled, taking my hand as we walked out of the apartment.


Jack and I walked into the small coffee shop. I smiled as the smell of coffee washed over me.
"What do you want?" He asked as we walked up to the register.
"Whatever you're getting." She smiled.
"Two venti mochas, please." He said to the barista. I walked over to a vacant table to wait. He got our drinks and walked over. I stood up.
"Thanks, babe." I smiled, taking the cup.
"Let's to walk around outside. I want to talk to you." He smiled. My heartbeat sped up. Talk?
"Okay..." I said, talking his hand and exiting the shop.

Jack and I crossed the street to a small park and walked the paths, hand in hand. We walked in a comfortable silence for a while, until I finally said "so what did you want to talk about?"
"Kay, I think you should move in. I mean, we've been together awhile and we're practically living together anyway. But I think we should make it more official."
I violently blushed. "I've been hoping you would ask me that. Of course I will." I smirked and pressed my lips to his. "
"That's not the only thing." He said. "The guys and I want to take you out to dinner. To celebrate you being alive and stuff. Cassadee and Lisa are coming too. Cass is sending a dress by for you to wear. I tried to tell her you wouldn't want to wear it, but you know how she is."
I laughed. "Yeah, that's okay. I'll wear it. It'll make her happy. Can we head back, now? I need to shower and stuff."
"Me too. I'll join you." He smirked and started walking.
