You Have My Heart, At Least For The Most Part

Alex's p.o.v

The blush that spread across my face was probably the reddest thing you'd see in your entire life. I knew Jack would come here eventualy, I mean, it's his house. But I just expected to leave before that happened. It's not like I didn't want to see him, I mean, who wouldn't like to see his crush in his house? Be in your crush's house? Everybody's dream! But it was just... so awkward. The look in his face when he saw me, it seemed like he was about to puke.

"Jack! You're finally here." Rian said with excitement. "I asked Alex to come because I wanted to talk to him about the classes."

"Y-yeah, that's okay." He said, avoiding eye contact with me and walking to the kitchen. What was wrong with him? Did I do something?

"Did you bring the pizza?" Rian yelled.

"No! They were already closed!" Jack shouted back.

"D-did you f-find Zack?" I asked shyly, looking at my feet.

Jack took a moment to answer. "Kind of. I talked to him. He says he's sorry about everything, but that he wants to have sometime to himself." Jack walked back and I nodded, understanding.

"Did he told you why we fought?" I asked, avoiding looking at him and probably blushing madly.

"No, nothing about it." Jack said smiling. "I'll go to sleep. Have a nice talk." And with that, he left Rian and I alone.

The man in front of me turned around and smirked at me. "So, Alex..."

I looked up. "Y-yes?"

"I have a very serious question for you..." he started, and then whispered. "...I promise you Jack can't hear us." He took a deep breath. "You like Jack, right?"

I gasped. "L-like?"

"OH MY GOD I KNEW IT! IT'S TOO DAMN OBVIOUS!" he shouted happyly.

"SHHH! Shut up! Oh my God..." I covered my face in my hands.

"There's nothing to be shy about. I just want you to admit it."

"... Yes, I like him." I looked at him, and he was smiling proudly. "I didn't say that, did I?"

"Yes you did!"

"D-don't tell anyone! I beg you!"

"Don't worry! I won't tell a soul." He smirked again, and a little voice inside my head whispered something similar to the words "I wouldn't believe him."

OKAY, SORRY THIS IS TOOK LIKE TWO WEEKS. I started school again and I already have lots of homework and projects to make and uuughhh! I'm already so stressed.

But I had an idea! I'll try to make a lot of chapters every weekend, so I can update at least once or twice per week :)
