It's too cozy at home (Jack POV)
Jack POV
The next morning, an alarm woke us up. I groaned as did Alex. He sighed and snuggled closer to me.
“I don’t wanna…” he complained.
“You have to,” I replied, softly nudging him.
“But it’s so warm and nice and fluffy in here…”
“Lex, you got to work,” I said seriously.
“I don’t wanna…” he repeated. I shook my head.
“Get up!” I said, pushing him to the edge of the bed. He groaned but got up and left the room. Meanwhile, I decided to get back to sleep. As long as he hadn’t fully decided what to do with me I would enjoy this soft, warm place.
He soon came back and jumped onto the bed. He crawled under the covers with me and snuggled his cold body against mine. I was surprised.
“Um, Alex? Shouldn’t you be preparing and getting out for work?” I asked. He shook his head no.
“Called in sick,” he said with a satisfied grin and kissed me on the nose.
“You bad boy,” I joked and pressed him to my chest. We were silent for a bit, enjoying each other’s warmth.
“You know what, we both need a bath…” Alex said all of a sudden. He had a mischievous grin on his face. I was confused.
“What do you mean…?”
“Like… me and you taking a bath together,” he replied. He bit his lip.
“Sounds like a nice idea,” I said. I blushed at the thought of me and him being naked. He licked his lips and winked at me which made me blush even more. HIs hair was standing up adorably from sleeping.
“So… would you give me the honour of sharing a bathtub with me?” I nodded. He jumped up. “Stay here, I’ll run it and call you when you can get in.”
He started making his way out and I panicked. Being naked. After only a few days with him. I grabbed his arm.
“Alex, I’m nervous,” I said quietly. He looked back at me, a tiny smile still caught on his face.
“Aw, Jack, why would you be nervous?” he asked.
“Naked… me and you…”
“That’s nothing to be nervous about! I promise not to laugh or do anything else mean.”
“Promise?”
“Pinky promise,” he said, holding out his little finger and smiling encouragingly at me. I took it with mine and shook it. Then he was gone.
Mhm. Maybe a bath would do me good, relax my tense muscles and generally make me feel good. It was worth a try. And about the whole “naked in front of Alex” thing I wouldn’t worry too much.

I'm so sorry I didn't write about the actual bathing in this chapter but I started writing so late after a difficult and shitty day that I simply can't, I'm too tired. I promise you'll get it soon. Please don't hate me :c
