Alex's POV:
I kept pulling and pulling but the ring wouldn't budge. How the hell did this happen!?

I hear Cassadee's chilling laughter in my ears and I get goose bumps all over my skin. "Cassadee, why-" "I was done with Rian. I knew I had enough energy from him. But I need more. And I thought, there's only one person I would love to get revenge on. Who's energy is perfect. And I chose you. I asked Rian to take the ring off and put it on you while you slept. He didn't question me. He doesn't know that he did. My bond is strong enough with him where he won't notice it."

I keep trying to pull on the ring, my panic rising. She laughs, "face it. Your under my control now. I'm taking your energy right now. I love feeding off your fear." "Cassadee let me go." "I don't think so."

I run to the bathroom and put soap all over the ring. Making sure the soap got underneath the ring atleast a little bit. I try to pull it off but nothing. "Cassadee why are you doing this," I whisper. "I need more energy, and who's better then the one who's trying to stop me." I shake my head, her voice was in my head.

"I won't give in. I won't become like Rian. I won't talk to you like Rian." "If you don't give in, then I'll hurt the ones you love." "Cassadee!!" She laughs again, I could hear it in my head. I hold my head and lean against the wall. "I'm gonna destory you Cassadee," I whisper. "No you won't. I'll stop you. And Rian will stop you. You two will do whatever I say and not realize it."

"Alex?," i hear a girl call my name. It sounded like... Tay. "Tell her to go away Alex," she whispers in my head. "Alex its me Tay, the guys said you were still here and I wanted to come by and say hi." "Uh, one second Tay," I call out. No way was I gonna let Cassadee get to Tay.

But Tay was someone I can fully trust to bring me out of the darkness....

I unlock the door and walk out, "hi Tay," I smile at her. She smiles back, I always thought she looked really cute when she smiled. Something about her just filled me with happiness when she was around. And... I miss being with her.

Thats it.

"Hey, Tay?" "Yeah Alex?" I grab her hand and sit down on the couch, her next to me. She's been single since we broke up after Warped Tour last year. It was a summer fling. Some people think we dated because we were on Warped together the whole time and would perform Kiss Me Again together whenever we could. But there was more to it.

"Do you... do you miss... miss us?" "I don't know what your talking about Alex.." I look her in the eyes, there was always a sparkle in them. "Us.... together." I intertwine our fingers together, and she looks down at our hands. "Well.. I.." "WHAT ARE YOU DOING ALEX," Cassadee yells in my mind. "I TOLD YOU TO GET RID OF HER." 'You can't control me that easy Cassadee,' I think. "GIVE IN ALEX. GIVE IN."

I ignored her every word. "Tay?," I ask her softly. She looks back up at me, "yeah.. I did. I do miss us..." I smile at her and lightly touch her cheek with my fingers, "I missed you. A lot. More then you would know," I speak softly and lean in to kiss her. "GIVE IN TO ME ALEX. I'M THE ONE YOU WANT."

I press my lips to Tay's, they were soft and sweet like how I remembered. She kisses me back and I hold her face gently between my hands. "ALEX STOP. YOU HATE HER." Something warm fills me as I feel Ta wrap her arms aroudn my neck, pulling me closer to her.

"SHE'S LYING ALEX." I ignored every word that Cassadee spoke in my head, only focusing on Tay. I wrap my arms around her and slowly lay her down on the couch, laying on top. She runs her fingers through my hair and I feel her sides. "ALEX STOP." I kiss down Tay's neck, searching for that soft spot she told me I only knew about. "Alex," she moans softly. I smile and start sucking and biting on that spot. Her fingers tangle in my hair and kiss her back up to her mouth.

"YOU WILL GIVE IN ALEX. I KNOW YOU WILL." Cassadee's presence finally leaves and I felt releaved. But I still wanted to kiss Tay. I didn't do it just so I could get rid of Cassadee and show her that I'm not weak. I had actually missed Tay.

We were laying on the couch, cuddling. My shirt was off, and so was hers. I was tracing circles on her arm slowly with my finger, her head rested on my chest.

"I really did miss you Tay," I speak softly. "I missed you to Alex." We lay there quiet, it was nice. "Does that mean we're back together...?" She looks up at me and smiles. She leans up and kisses me, biting my lower lip. Before I could open my mouth for her she pulls away giggeling. "Aw come on," I laugh. "Yes."

"You will regret this Alex... You will give in...," I hear Cassadee in my head. 'Game on,' I thought.
