Alex's Master-Plan
The drive back to the hotel was super awkward and the exact reason why Matt hadn't wanted to hire a girl in the first place. After going all out to please his ex-girlfriend and having his heart stomped on, Matt had been nervous of even sharing a room with a girl let alone a small car.
"So, You didn't include a photo on your profile" Matt pointed out
It hadn't been Taylors fault that Matt had presumed she was a guy but he couldn't help but feel a little tricked. Like if there was a God he was looking down on Matt and laughing uncontrollably at his sweaty palms and racing heartbeat. He had noticed that Taylor was really hot, and maybe he wouldn't have even hired her if he saw her picture. Maybe it would have saved the nervousness he was feeling now.
"Yeah, I don't have a camera, or a camera phone actually" She replied, feeling a little stupid
Matt sensed that he may have embarrassed the girl and attempted to rectify the mistake.
"Well, You'll get a phone provided for work and a laptop if you don't already have one" He threw in
"That'd be great, I had been using the internet cafe actually" She smiled
There wasn't much small talk after that, Matt got the feeling that maybe Taylor needed the money and that's why she agreed to take 7 months from her life to go on tour, or maybe she was just sick of her home, that was Matt's reason for touring.
They arrived at the hotel not ten minutes later, heading up to the room Matt warned Taylor how wild the boys would be. She said she'd been a fan for years and had seen how hyperactive they were in their DVD.
"Guys? Guys? GUYS?!" Matt shouted, trying to calm the rowdy group down. He hadn't wanted to lose his cool in front of Taylor this early but she didn't seem phased by it at all.
"Who's the hot chick?" Jack winked, eying up the 'fresh meat' as Alex had muttered a few seconds earlier.
"This is Taylor, she's the new assistant Tour manager" Matt introduced, Taylor waved
"Wanna be my girlfriend?" Vinny grinned before getting pounced on by Jack
Who yelled "No, Be Mine!"
"She's not here to be anyone's girlfriend, she's here to boss you around and make sure you get things done" Matt said pointedly
"Sounds like a girlfriend to me" Zack laughed, causing an eruption of laughter from the group to which Taylor joined in.
"First job" Matt said turning to Taylor "Make sure they're ready to leave by 12"
Taylor nodded, turning to the group who were jumping around on the hotel bed.
Matt left the room quietly, wondering if Taylor would want to go home by the end of the week.

Flash-forward to Thursday evening, Taylor had been with the guys for four days now and still showed no signs of wanting to go home. Matt thought that maybe her life back home really sucked and that would be why she wanted to stay with the band from hell.
Matt had done everything from giving her the worst jobs to do and trying to ignore her as much as possible but he was no closer to getting a male assistant than he had been a few weeks ago.
"Jacky, come talk to me" Taylor whined, tugging on her new best friends sleeve and dragging him off to the bunks.
"Tay, if you wanna fuck me just say" he giggled, winking back at his friends who were in the lounge area
"Jacky, you haven't showered in three days. No one wants to fuck you" she laughed, closing the curtain and bringing her knees to her chin
"What's up, little one?" he asked, poking her leg
"I don't think Matt likes me" she pouted
the curtain was pulled back and Alex jumped in to join his friends.
"What's going on babes?" he asked, snuggling into the corner with the other two
"Tay doesn't think Matt likes her" Jack pouted along with Taylor
"Are you joking?" Alex chuckled
Taylor looked confused
"Matt's totally got the hots for you, he's just really nervous around girls so he's trying to distance himself." Alex said, matter-of-factually.
"You think?" Taylor replied, confused
"Duh! he spends 50% of his day working his butt off and the other 50% is spent staring at your ass" Alex laughed
"are you serious?!" Taylor asked giggling
"Dead serious" he nodded "but I have a plan"
The trio huddled together to discuss Alex's master-plan. It just so happened that tomorrow night would be Matt's birthday.
