Ch.10: People Can Change
Anna's POV:
I was sitting in class, listening to my iPod when I felt a tap on my shoulder. I look up and its Zack. I glare at him and get up to move to another seat, someone was absent today.
"Wait, Anna." I ignore him and grab my stuff, I never want to be near him again. "Please just let me say something, I want to say-" "Sorry? Your sorry? Hm lets think Zack of what happened Friday night. You and Alex forced me to kiss you two, you slapped me across the face, and then Alex threw me down on the floor. Oh yeah. I totally accept your apology." "But I was drunk." "Thats not a fucken excuse," I glare at him even more.
He didn't stop me to go past him, and I walked to the empty seat. During the entire class, I knew Zack was looking back at me, btu I ignored him.
He's out of his mind for thinking that I would accept his apology. Or that I would ever talk to him again.

Alex sits next to me in my next class, and once I again I go to move but there was no empty seats this time. Shit.
I avoid looking at Alex and sit back down. "Anna, I really need to talk to you." I ignore him and start reading my book. "Anna, just listen, okay?" I roll my eyes and put in my earbuds. "Zack is sorry, okay? He really is, and so am I."
I glare up at him, "I'm going to tell you the same thing I told Zack. You two are out of your fucken minds for even thinking that I would accept your apologies. So do me a damn favor, and leave me alone!!!"
I didn't realize that I had yelled, and saw that our class was looking at us. Our teacher walks in and we turn back around to face the front of the class. I put my stuff away and open my notebook.
Alex didn't try talking to me again for 30 minutes until I felt him lightly lean against my shoulder. "Anna, he really is sorry. He feels really guilty about it," he whispers. "And how am I supposed to believe that," I whisper back, not looking at him. He was quiet for a bit, "people can change," he whispers and leans away from me.
Yeah. People can change.
But not Zack and Alex.
