Jack's P.O.V

I kicked the floor. Why was I talking to this guy? Worst of all... why was I walking towards his house? I hated him. I really did. As I said before, he was the perfect one, the beloved one, he was good at sports, he was inteligent, and I was just a big piece of bullshit. We couldn't be friends. Maybe we had lots of things in common, maybe he was a good person. But we didn't match. How can someone that's loved by every single person be friends with someone who doesn't even love himself?

I got to Alex's entrance after fifteen minutes of walking. I stood up in his front door and I slapped the door before I realized that there was a bell right beside it.

Suddenly, a blonde, short woman appeared in the door, I suppoused it was his mother.

"Hello! You must be Jack, isn't it?" she asked me with a sweet voice, looking me with two brown eyes full of love.

"Yes."

"Come on in!" she grabbed my arm and pulled me into the hall. "Alex will be here in a minute, he is dressing. Just wait for him in the couch." She smiled at me and disappeared trough the kitchen's door.

After a few minutes, I heard noisy footsteps coming from the stairs. I turned around to meet face to face with Alex.

"I must admit I didn't expect you to come" he confessed. "Wanna come to my bedroom? I will start by apologizing because of the messy room I have..."

"You don't have to apologize, Alex. I will leave in a few minutes."

He looked up at me, interrogating me with his eyes.

"Look, lots of people would love to spend a day with you. So, why don't you just call them and let me go to my house? It would be better for both of us."

"For both of us? Jack, I don't..."

"Yes Alex, you do. I'm sure you preffer to spend the day with one of those hot girls that are flying all day around you, like bees around a beautiful flower, than spending the day with me. Yeah, we had a great time yesterday and I'm so glad I didn't have to spend the whole show alone. But you don't have to be with me for commitment. So, as I was..."

"Just shut up!" Alex raised his voice. "Why don't you listen to me?! I'm trying to tell you that I want to spend my day with you! I prefer you a thousand times!"

"Why are you so angry, may I ask?" I said, calmly. "We have just met yesterday, there's no need to be so angry at a guy you just met a day before."

"We just met yesterday?" Alex was shouting by now. "Don't you dare say that again! Don't you remember those thousand times I helped you in your math's homework when we were younger? Don't you remember when my mom went to your house and I went with her? I just did that to see you, Jack! I just wanted you to play with me! But you never wanted me close, you always pushed me back!"

I stood there, with my eyes opened. Alex was furious , you could see it in his eyes. I was afraid he could hurt me. Not in a physical way, I mean in an emotional way. I never had real friends before, they always used me for a few months and then they threw me away like garbagge. Alex said he wanted to be my friend, he wanted to spend time with me, but, what if he was lying? what if he just used me like everybody did?

"I won't hurt you Jack, I promise" he said, as if he could read my mind. "I just want to be your friend."

"Just friends?" I asked suspicious. "You know, I'm so hot you won't resist..."

Alex rolled his eyes. "Just friends."

But something told me that he was not going to fulfill his promise. Neither of them.

Sooo, here it goes: chapter two! I'm pretty excited, I don't know why. I'm updating too quickly, but don't get used to it hahaha.
I'll ask you again... am I rushing things, or something like that?
I will try to continue updating this often, maybe a chapter per day. But I don't promise you anything, because I'm with lots of exams... But I will always try to find a minute to write and publish, even if it is too short <3
