Alex's POV
It's time. I know it is. Now that Arianna's better, Martin's completely out of the picture, and we're all here. With my hands shaking, I slowly reach into my back pocket and pull out the black velvet box. Rian gives me a knowing look, seeing as I asked for his blessing like a month ago. I give him a confirming head nod before clearing my throat.

"Alright everyone. These aren't lyrics, so it's gonna sound kinda shitty because I'm not that great with words. But there's only one that's important and it's love." Arianna's eyes start to widen in surprise.

I get down on one knee, and Vic and Jeremy clutch each other's hands, grinning. Arianna is looking down on me with the most angelic eyes I have and ever will see.

"Arianna Dawson, will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?"

And she bursts into tears, hugging me and screaming yes as the guys all around us break out in celebration. As I slip on the ring, it finally feels right. From all those years ago, seeing her cry for the first time, laying in her room looking at pictures and the stars, it was all coming to this moment.

It's finally here, and I couldn't be happier.
