"What?" I asked the guy.
"Where the fuck is Katie?!" He shouted. I had a feeling this was her ex. I didn't say anything. The guy raised his hand.
"Where is she?! Don't think I won't hit you!" I was tempted to take a step back, but I didn't want him thinking I was afraid of him
"Why don't you put your hand down. She's not here. She's at the hospital." He had a strange look on his face.
"Why is she in the hospital?" He asked, he looked kind of worried.
"She's getting a rape kit, and she needs stiches." I answered. The guy smashed his fist onto the wall.
"Shit! When will she back?!" He asked, really mad.
"She won't be. She's moving out. He had a look of pure anger on his face. I was a little scared.
"WHAT?! WHERE THE HELL IS SHE MOVING?!" he shouted.
"She mentioned, London." I answered. He cursed under his breath and walked away. I shut and locked the door and walked back to Katie's room.
"Hey, beautiful." She smiled.
"Thank you for doing that for me. But you don't need to call me that. I know it isn't true." she started crying.
I pulled her close into me and wrapped my arms around her. "You are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen in my entire life!" I said kissing the top of her head.
"Thank you," she smiled weakly. She weakly wrapped her arms around me.
"Do you want to start packing your stuff before he comes back?" I asked her kissing her cheek. She nodded and we scrambled to pack as many things as we could fit in my car into my car. We both ran back up to her basically empty, except for furniture, appartment. She looked around.
"Let's get the hell out of here." She said. And with that, we walked to my car and drove to my place.
