Tears run down my face as I write the note out to my loved ones. Telling them, no lying to them about why I have to leave. Telling them that I had to leave to support family. Telling them that I need to go to college.

Hey guys,
I know this is abrupt but I couldn’t bear seeing your faces as I told you this. I know how cowardly I am. But I love you all so much. I thought maybe this would be a cleaner break. Less challenging for all of us.
I can’t handle this life any more. It’s too stressful and I need to go back home. You all have given me the opportunity to chase my dreams and I’ll always be in debt to you.
I can’t write for as long as I’d like to. I wish I could tell you all what you’ve done for me. But this is goodbye.
I love you all so much.
Maybe I’ll see you again one day.

My hand shakes as I write Matt’s name. I love him so much. But he has his career and dream. He loves his job and the fetus inside of me can’t hold him back. I hear a honking outside of the bus. Quickly I pick up my bags and walk off the bus.
