Prologue:
"Do you have any idea what you did to me?" I said choking through my sobs, tears trickling down my face. I couldn't bear to look at him, to think of what he did to me.
"Do you!" I said raising my voice. My voice cracked and I fell to my knees on the wooden floor. My arms were red from me scratching at them, a habit I had picked up for when I get sad. Alex looked at the ground scratching his head. He kicked his feet together and rocked back and forth on his heels. I could not stand the fact that he was speechless. The man I fell head over heels in love with turned out to be a complete dick that couldn't even offer up some words of sorrow.
"go" I whispered
"whaaa-" Alex started but I cut him off
"I said leave!" venom dripping from every word that came out of my mouth. If he expected to come here and say a quick sorry and things would be all patched up he was completely wrong. Did he not understand I did not want to see or speak to him?
I made the mistake of looking into his eyes as he stood there, disappointment and sadness written all over his face. Alex's eyes were red and puffy from the amount of crying that he possibly did. My heart melted and the only thing I wanted to do at the moment was to reach out and hug him but, I quickly reminded myself of what got us here. I stood on my feet and locked eyes with him, no longer feeling sorry for how sad and tired he looked.
It didnt seem like Alex was going to move from that spot anytime soon.
"fine, if you wont go then I will" opening the door I let it slam behind me. Letting go of Alex Gaskarth in the process.
