Concert with Alex

She pulled her hair up in a bun and placed her red bandana around her head. Alex had already gone to the venue for soundcheck and meeting a few people, and had given her the all access pass before he left. Ed had Tigerlily and Max had one of her new dresses on. A really pretty blue maternity dress with white polka dots on it. Over her belly she had a black belt that made her belly look just a little bit bigger than it really was.

What are you planning on doing anyway?

MAX!!!

Max rolled her eyes and knew that Alex wouldn’t tell her. She knew it was going to be something big. He wouldn’t make such a “ruckus” over something small. It scared her not knowing what it was though. What was he planning? Was it involving her, or was it something she could stand on the sidelines to see? Whatever it was made her tremble a little in fear, and feel excited.

Max put on some light makeup and then took the car to the venue. Kids was already waiting outside and when they saw her they just stared for a moment. Not even one single person said something. No mean things, no good things. They all just stared like they were seeing a ghost or something.
"Hello Mrs Gaskarth, Alex told us you would come by" the guard by the door said, and gave her a warm smile.
"Well isn’t he the nice one" Max smiled.
"VIP section is up the stairs" he said and gestured towards the stairs. Max took a deep breath and slowly walked upstairs. Getting looks from the other VIP guests. Mostly fans and they didn’t look to fond of Max.

Max held a glass of soda in her hands, while the others was drinking champagne or drinks. Then the music started and she smiled. Rian had been out for a minute or two, and now the others joined in. Max smiled when she looked at Alex as he did his famous “leg thing” and Jack going nuts all over the stage. She enjoyed watching them live. She really did.

They had just finished Heroes when Alex looked up towards the VIP section. He put on a goofy grin and Max smiled.
"I actually have something to tell you all" Alex said and it echoed through the speakers. Max swallowed and wondered if this was it.
"Today actually marks a very special day" Jack said.
"Special day?" Max asked herself.
"On this day, many many years ago… 22 to be exact. I met this lovely girl" Alex explained and Max gasped. She stared at him.
"22 years ago I met the woman I love with all my heart" Alex said and looked straight at Max. He smiled and he looked so happy. Max covered her mouth and stared at him.
"And I do love you, I love you more than anything" he said and she smiled. then she felt it. A small kick in her stomach and her eyes grew wide in shock as she stared at her belly. Alex reacted immediately when he saw that she looked away, and stared at her belly. Max looked up and she didn’t need to tell him what had happened. The happy look on her face was just enough for him to understand. The twins had moved.
"I love you so damn much" he said and they started to play the next song.

A waitress walked up to her and handed her a new drink. She was just about to take a sip when she noticed it was alcohol. She turned around to see where the waitress had walked off to, but he was nowhere to be seen and the fans around her. They had all dropped like flies.
