Zack's POV
This moment is perfect - just me and Laura laying together on the couch, cuddling. This is why I love us so much. We can do this for hours and not talk, and it's still a beautiful time. I don't know why I ever hurt her. I love her so much, she is my life. Well, her and the band. She's just turned seventeen, a few weeks ago. It makes me so excited.

Why? Because I've cleared it with Matt and all, and as soon as she turns eighteen I'm going to propose. I know that may seem rushed, but we have been dating for over two years now. She had just turned fifteen when she joined the band.

And I love her.

Laura's POV
"Wanna tell me what's on your mind, Zack?" I laugh, poking him in the stomach.

He's startled. "What?"

I laugh. "You've been staring off into space for like the past five minutes."

"Ohhhhh. Sorry. I was just thinking about how beautiful you are, and how much I love you. Also, I can't wait for next week! It's the Baltimore show, which means we get a few days off to see our families. My parents have already been bugging me about when they get to see you; they love you."

"Awww yay! You know I love your family. And that means we get some alone time." I whisper the last part in his ear and kiss him softly.

"Oh damn Laura. The things you do to me."

"Please. You love me."

"You're right."

"Well I love you too, Zackarooo."

The nickname makes him giggle, and I sigh, leaning back against his chest as he wraps his arms around me. Here, I feel safe. Here, I feel loved. I am home.

Which I am quickly reminded of when the rest of our "family" come through the door and decide to disrupt cuddle time. First, Jack comes and lays on top of me, pinning me inbetween him and Zack.

"Owwie Jack!"

He pouts. "Hey! I like cuddling too. Come over here 'Lex, cuddle with us!"

Oh gosh. Alex comes over and lays on top of Jack, and they start making out.

"Ewwwww! Rian, help!"

He just laughs. "Sorry Laura but Cass just texted me. It's time to go talk to her for a little bit. Good luck with those two!"

"Dammit Rian! Come on Jack....Alex......even Zack and I weren't doing that!"

They continue to ignore me. I feel Zack's arms unwrap from me and he winks at me before grabbing Jack by his middle and literally throwing him and Alex off the couch.

"Aww fuck Zack! We were just having fun." Alex pouts.

I laugh and twist so that I'm facing Zack and give him a deep thankful kiss.

"That's what you two deserve!"

~Time Lapse~

It's such a blessing and a curse to be back in Baltimore. I mean, almost every bad thing that has happened in my life has happened in Baltimore. But I also love the quality time with Zack.

I'm loving this show though! The energy is amazing. We're getting towards the end, and I couldn't be happier, until I turn to side stage and see her.

Fucking Lisa had to show.

I just ignore her and finish the show, with a little less fun than it should have been. Zack comes back to put his arm around me afterwards while we're cleaning up and asks me what's wrong. I just point.

I can't read his face, but he seems pretty upset. He yells for Alex and they step away from me, but I can hear their conversation.

"What the hell, Zack?"

"It's Lisa. She's here, and she's fucking backstage."

"What? Oh for christ's sake. Look, I'll go talk to her. I'm sorry. She probably thinks we're still friends or some shit."

"It's fine Alex, not your fault. Just please get rid of her, it got Laura really upset."

Alex's POV
I walk over to Lisa, and she wraps me in a huge hug and gives me a fake smile. I don't respond to it, except to say, "What the hell do you think you're doing here?"

She steps back and glares at me. "I have every right to be here. I thought we were fucking friends, Alex."

"Well you thought wrong."

"Whatever. I came here to see Zack anyway."

"He doesn't want to talk to you."

"Too fucking bad, Alex. I need to see him." And unfortunately, she pushes past me and walks over to where Zack and Laura are standing, just holding each other. I run behind her, hoping to keep this under control.

"Awww, well if it isn't the cutest fucking couple in Baltmore."

"Leave us the hell alone, Lisa." Zack said to her.

"And what if I don't want to?"

"Then I'll call security and get your ass kicked out of here for harassing us."

"Fine, fine. I'll leave. Have fun fucking around with that stupid, ugly little bitch you got there. Don't give yourself too much credit, sweetheart. He begged for me."

And with that she walked away.
