One Phone Call Away
Alex's P.O.V.
Typing faster than what would probably be considered human I frantically searched for another band to tour with. Yesterday during Vic and I's practice of A Love Like War he had a neck spasm, leaving him unable to perform for god knows how long. So now I have to find a band to replace Pierce the Veil for a year long tour, of course being that it was so long absolutly no one I've called wants to do it. Oh shit, what am I going to do? What if...
"Alex dammit! What did I tell you last week?!" Jack shouted rushing over to where I sat,
"Flyzik said we could get who ever we want! Jesus just call one the girls from Lost Love Crisis!"
Well I hadn't considered that, "Why don't you do it then?"
Jack rolled his eyes and snatched my phone muttering, "Well you're the one that has Ashley as your screen saver on your cell, but what the fuck ever I'll do it."
"No I don't!" I argued taking my cellphone back and searched for her number that Zack had some how managed to get, how I don't want to know really. I quickly called and as the sound of ringing met my ears I felt myself become slightly nervous, but I just shrugged it off.
"Hello?" A soft voice spoke and I had to clear my throat before talking.
"Is this Ashley Cross?"
"Yes, who is this?"
"Um, Alex Gaskarth."
For a moment the line with quiet and I heard the sounds of the phone being shuffled around, "Oh hi Alex, what's up?"
Jack began making kissy noises and girly moans, I quickly covered the mouth piece so Ashley wouldn't hear me when I said, "If you don't fucking stop I won't ask them to come."
Jack shut up but replied, "You wouldn't do that."
I laughed before turning my attention back to the call, "I was wondering if you and your band would be interested in going on tour with us?"
"Well sure, for how long?"
"A year." I say queitly, hoping not to get yet another no.
"All Time Low wants us to go on tour with them for a year." Ashley explained to someone in the background.
"YES!" A loud female voice screamed, making me pull the phone back from my ear slightly and I heard soft laughter.
"I guess you got a deal Gaskarth." Ashley tells me with a chuckle and I feel like doing a little happy dance because of it. We have another band to play with!
"Alright I guess we'll being seeing you sometime tomorrow." I tell her the rest, where to come, all the dates, and mostly what to expect.
She seemed to take it all fairly well and she said a sweet goodbye before I finally turned in my seat to see the rest of the band standing behind me. "Lost Love Crisis is coming on tour with us."
Jack let out a girly scream and began to dance around. Rian and Zack had a much calmer response, they were still happy about it too. Younger bands were always so much fun to work with, they were so full of passion for what they do and it was one of my favorite things to witness them perform with that attitude. I texted Matt about the new plans with high hopes.
Ashley's P.O.V.
Nicole was still rocking back and forth on the couch when I got off the phone with Alex. All I could do was give her a concerned look as she babbled about it and I quickly gathered the rest of my band. They all sat expectantly, waiting for my good news. Liam, Devin, and Breanna all sat around me and I unleashed the story.
Devin was the first to say something, "So this means this will be our biggest tour yet!"
Liam nodded happily, giving Devin a high five.
"But you guys are alright with being away from home for a year right?" I asked gazing around at each of them.
"I don't care about the rest of you! I'm ready to get in the bus and leave for Ohio right now!" Nicole shouted bouncing up from her seat to join the rest of us.
Bree giggled, "I'm not sure if Nicole's excited about going on tour or meeting ATL."
"BOTH!" She shouted making the four of us cringe.
"So I say we should start packing if we're leaving tomorrow morning." Liam stated getting to his feet telling us goodbye as he went to his house down the street. Bree and Devin followed suit and Nicole and I simply went up stairs to get our things together.
The next day we were all up, bright eyed and bushy tailed, well except for me. It doesn't matter how much sleep I get, I have always hated getting up early. I sipped on my thermos of coffee and packed everyones lugage in the bottom of the tour bus. It wasn't terribly nice, but it was a thousand times better than the van we used to have. Thank god for having our new bunks!
Devin started the large vechile shouting, "Everyone all aboard the party train!"
Bree and I rolled our eyes and climbed up the steps to the "party train". This tour will either drive me insane or be the best one yet, I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
Nicole P.O.V.
We were finally on the road to Ohio and I couldn't wait to finally meet ATL. I have been a fan of them for about 5 or 6 years now and I would have never thought that my band would be going on a year long tour with them. I sat in the passanger seat of the bus next to Devin and just stared at the road like the ATL bus was going to pop up any second, but unfortunately we have another 2 hours to get to Cincinnati.
"So Nicole, who is your favorite band member of ATL?" Devin asked, keeping his eyes on the road. I grinned, I've had a crush on this particular band member for a while and just the thought of them makes me blush.
"I like Jack. I mean he is mainly the reason why I wanted to be the guitarist of our band. I guess you could say that I look up to him." I smiled.
"Really? I've looked up to him too." Ashley said walking up to the front of the bus.
"Really now, because I don't recall you telling me that." I said. I dont know why, but I felt a little jealous. It's just that I find it interesting that she would say that right after I said it.
"Yea really, I have for a really long time now," She said seeming a little defensive.
"Interesting, Ash." I said doubtfully. She sensed it and rolled her eyes walking to the back of the bus.
"So that's why you can play every note of almost all their songs?" He chuckled. I nodded giggling. "How did you do it? Did you just listen to the songs over and over again till you got it down?"
"Yup, pretty much."
"No wonder you can play anything that you listen to the first time!" he said slapping his hand on the stiring wheel. I shrugged my shoulders and chuckled a little. I know that it might sound cheesy, but I really do like ATL, and I've parctised for years just to get even close to being as good as Jack, and for me to be a girl and doing this can be shocking to most; which gives me even more motivation.
I stood up from the seat and went to the back of the bus to my bunk and laid down. Maybe if I sleep the time will fly by. I crawled under my blanket and rested my head on my pillow before I grabbed my phone from my front pocket. I got on twitter to inform our fans of the news we got yesterday.
So guess who LLC is going on tour with? All Time Low! I'm super excited, I hope you guys are too!
When I laid my phone next to my pillow I immediatly got notefications from twitter saying that user after user retweeted and favorited my tweet. I chuckled at the sight, I love my fans, they are so supportive. I looked at the time and saw that it was 6:30am. I groaned at the sight and plopped my head on my pillow.
"An hour and a half to go," I whined to myself. Then as I laid in the darkness of my bunk I realized that no matter how long the trip is, I know it will be worth it. ALT, here we come!
Jack's P.O.V.
I woke up all on my own, I was so excited to meet LLC. I have been a pretty big fan of them for about 4 years now, and that fact that girls lead it is pretty hot. I rolled out of my bunk and saw that Rian, Zack, and Alex were still in there bunks. I grabbed some clothes and went to the bathroom. I slipped on a black tanktop, a pair of jeans, and tried to make my hair look somewhat presentable. When I stepped out of the bathroom I saw that the guys were still asleep.
"Hey fuckers, wake the fuck up!"I screamed as I shoved each of there curtians up.
"I fucking hate you, Jack." I heard Rian murmur into his pillow. I rolled my eyes and pulled my phone from my bunk and looked at the time and saw that it was 7:30.
"Alex, didn't you tell LLC to be here at 8?" I asked.
"Yea why?" He asked.
"Well, if that's the case then they are going to be here in 30 minutes," I said as I watched them all jump out of their bunks and stumble over each other. I laughed and went to sit on the couch in the front of the bus.
About 10 minutes later they all walked to the front of the bus, dressed but still looking exhausted.
"Why the fuck didn't you wake us up earlier?" Zack asked.
"Um, I didn't even know what time it was myself so you can calm the fuck down." I said rolling my eyes. Rian and Zack sat at the table while Alex and I were on the couch.
"So are you still excited to see LLC?" Alex grinned. I smiled. I'm actually just excited to see Nicole and Ashley.
"Um, Duh! I cant wait to see Ashley and Nicole in person. They are so gorgeous. How could 2 perfect girls find each other and make a great band?" I said as I imagined them in my head.
"What about you? Oh wait, your too much of a pansy to speak up about how you feel!" I teased.
"Actually, I can't wait to see Ashley. I really like her honestly." Alex admitted. My jaw dropped, he actually spoke up about his feelings!
"Holy shit! You owned up to it!" I yelled before I punched his arm. He punched me back, his lips in a hard line.
"If you fucking say anything, I'll fucking end you," He threatened. I chuckled and looked at my phone and saw that it was 7:55. My heart skipped a little before I jumped up out of my seat with excitement. "What is it?"
"LLC will be here any minute, come on lets wait outside." I ran to the bus door and swung it open, there I found Nicole King standing right infront of me. I smiled so widely my cheeks started to hurt.
"H-hey, I was just about to knock on the door," She stuttered. "I'm Nicole King," She said reaching out to shake my hand. I grinned slapping her hand out of the way and hugged her.
"Um, okay," she giggled. I released her and saw that she was blushing a little.
"Hi, Im Jack Barakat," When I introduced myself i saw Ashley walk up to us. I ran over to her and hugged her as well. "Hi Ashley!" I yelled. She laughed as I embraced her and when I let go, she too was blushing. They are just so adorable.
"Hi Jack," She said sweetly.
I yelled for the rest of the guys to come out of the bus and Ashley and Nicole somoned for theirs to come out. When we all introduced ourselves, I noticed Alex was practically staring at Ashley.
"Dude, stop staring." I whispered. Alex glared at me and punched my in the stomach causing me to gag a little.
"Shut the fuck up, Jack," He whispered. I laughed at him. He looks so afriad that Ashley is gonna find out. I don't know but this tour is going to be very interesting. I can only imagine what's ahead.

Is it obvious I've never worked on here before? Either way this story was going to be a collaboration with my friend, but she decided to bail and she wrote Jack and Nicole's parts, I'm not trying to be mean, but I hate to be left hanging, so I haven't gave up on this story cause I thought the idea was amazing!
