Let The Walls Break Down.
Summary
Five years.
It’d been five years since I’d spoken to him. We’d been best friends all through high school yet somehow we’d completely drifted apart. Despite what everybody thought, we hadn’t been a couple at all; sure we may have kissed a few times when we were drunk at parties but nothing more. As time went on I realised how much I actually missed the boy who had completed my childhood, and how I wanted him to be so much more than my best friend.
