I'm now twenty-one weeks along in my pregnancy. I can't hide it anymore since the baby can't hide under my old baggy shirts I wore before. Now I wear the maternity shirts Isobel bought me that fit me and the baby better. Luckily we had already graduated earlier this week and we were done with school. Alex leaves next week for tour with the guys, and he has to leave me behind with his parents because of me being so far into my pregnancy now. But today we were going to find out the gender of our baby.

"I'm really excited to find out what we're having," Alex gushed as he drove me to Jack's dad's practice in Towson.

"Me too," I added as Alex pulled into the parking lot.

Alex helped me out of his car and into the practice. He signed me in and came to sit next to me. We got lucky to have Jack's dad help with my pregnancy. He was doing everything for free and off the books so my parents can't find out about the baby. They knew what Alex was and I was branded a traitor, they could kill all of us if they found us.

"Aveline," one of the nurses called. Alex helped me up and we followed her into Jack's dad's office where he was waiting for us.

"Wow, you're making good progress Aveline," Jack's dad took notice of me as we entered, "Let's get right to it then. Please pull up your shirt for me Aveline."

He got to work and squirted some gel onto the ultrsound wand. He pressed the cold gel to my belly and fired up the machine. The room was filled with our baby's heartbeat. Alex and I focused on the screen as our baby became visible. I started to tear up at seeing the little life that was growing inside me. I was amazed that Alex and I made that baby together.

"Do you want to know the gender," Jack's dad asked.

"Please," I replied.

"We have a little boy in there," he replied, "Congratulations on your son."

"Alex," I looked up and I found Alex smiling and crying happily at the news.

"We're having a boy," he gushed as he bent down to kiss me.

Alex and I got back to his house and we couldn't wait to tell his parents and the guys we were having a on.

"Mom, Dad, are you home," Alex called into the house.

"We're here," Isobel walked out of the kitchen with Peter right behind her, "How was the appointment?"

"It was perfect," I told her, "We know what the gender of the baby is."

"What are you having," Peter asked.

"We're having a boy," Alex cheered.

"That's wonderful," Isobel took me into her arms before she jumped over to Alex. Peter took hold of me next.

"Do you have a name in mind for the baby," Peter asked.

"We though Thomas Peter, to honor the two most important men in my life," Alex replied.

"That's a perfect name for a perfect little boy," Isobel gushed, "Will he be a Dupont or Gaskarth?"

"Gaskarth without a doubt," I replied, "It only feels right if our baby has his father's family name. There is so much love that comes with that name."

Notes

It's going to be a boy! I'm excited. I will keep on updating. I am however on a slow desktop computer since my laptop lost a file to start up windows and it's being fixed.

I also got to meet ATL and it was the greatest thing to ever happen to me in my life. I got to talk a lot with Alex and Jack and I got hug them both. I will post pictures to my personal tumblr toxicxdancefloor(.)tumblr(.)com once I get my laptop back. This computer can't recognize my phone.
