This Love Was Accidental
Chapter 1
P.O.V Alex.
The bar was surprisingly busy for a Tuesday night, infact the place was packed. I could feel my nerves start to kick in, 'Alex, calm down', I told myself. I'd performed in this bar many times there was no need to be nervous just because it was a bit busier than usual. I would need to play to bigger crowds than this is if I achieved my dream of becoming a big musician. For now though I was suffering through high school and doing these small gigs in local bars and clubs.
Before I knew it, it was my turn to get up on stage. I grabbed my guitar, flung the strap over my neck and ran on stag. 'Hey guys', I shouted into the mic. 'Im Alex and I am going to be performing for you tonight'. The crowd cheered and my nerves faded away. I caught eyes with this beautiful boy who had what could only be described as 'skunk hair. Yes I was only 17 but I knew I was gay. I've always liked boys and this boy with the skunk hair was just so beautiful. I made a mental note to myself to find him after I'd performed but for now I got back to beginning to play. 'Alright guys, this first song is called I Feel Like Dancing', I said into the mic and I strummed the first chord.
Before I knew it, my time on stage was over. It had been a great performance and the crowd really went wild. Not to mention the skunk haired boy kept making eyes at me, eugh he was so beautiful. The bartender handed me a drink(not knowing I was underage) and I drank it quickly feeling the warmth of the alcohol seep through my body.
'Now to find the skunk haired boy', I thought to myself with a chuckle.
