Alex’s POV

“Jack-Jack? Where are you?” I call, a bit scared incase he isn’t in the house. Ever since I was a little kid I always had nerves about being alone, I’m guessing since my parents were always working and they never left me with a sitter of some sort so I get scared easily. I’ve actually been diagnosed with extreme Monophobia so just being alone for five minutes scares me.

“I’m just in the kitchen Lexy, don’t worry. I was just making breakfast for you.” Jack says, calming me down greatly.

I walk towards him and start crying into his shoulder.

“I thought you left me! I thou-thought that you left me for a pretty girl, not me an ugly boy.” I cry into his shoulder.

“Alex look at me.” He says, tilting my head up with one finger and the other turning off the beeping oven.

“I’d never leave you, and plus girls have cooties anyway. I love my baby beautiful boy.” He says, joking about the cooties.

“Really?” I ask, not believing him.

“Really baby boy.” The raven haired boy says to me, using the nickname I love so much. “Now go sit down, I’ll bring you breakfast.”

“No!” I say a little too quickly.

“Sweetie it will just be a second, you can even walk backwards and watch me okay?”

“Okay, promise me you won’t go?” I say, pinky up.

“Pinky swear.” He says, latching onto mine.

I walk backwards slowly to keep an eye on Jack, him taking out the muffin tray from the oven and placing them onto a plate quickly, trying not to burn off his fingers.
By the time I get to the couch Jack is already walking out of the kitchen with the yummy treats.

“I hope you like blueberry Lex, but be careful, these are super hot so I don’t want you to burn off your fingers.” My boyfriend tells me, passing me one as I cuddle up to him.
I take a bite of my muffin when I feel something hard between my chews, I open my mouth to see a ring.

“Jack, there’s a ring in this, why?” I question.

“I’ll never leave you baby boy, why not make it official?”

“Are you proposing?”

“Well of course I am.”
“I love you Jack-Jack” I say, hugging him.

“I love you too baby boy.” He says, pecking me on the lips, me now giving myself a sense of security between us. Maybe that’s all I needed, a boyfriend...excuse me fiance to let me be happy and safe

Notes

When I was taking a break from writing The Hollywood Liars I decided to write a new Jalex called "The Ghost between me and You", A Jalex, and this was going to be chapter one but it just didn't seem fit so I decided to make this just a really short cute Jalex One Shot.
