(Alex's POV)
I excitedly jogged into my hotel which so happened to be the hotel that held the Anime convention I was attending.
I checked in quickly and turned on my heels taking in my surroundings.
Lot's of people dressed as furies, pokemon trainers, there was a pair dressed as L and Light from Death Note also. That was pretty cool.
I looked down and noticed I wasn't in my costume yet and figured since this was a 3 day event I would let this be my relax day since tomorrow was my contest.
I walked to the door of my hotel room and looked to my side to see a tall lanky dude with black and blonde hair fiddling with his keys. I smiled at him and pushed open my door to my room, the scent of tea bags automatically hitting my nose. I sat my bags down and unpacked my bathroom needs and hung up my costume on the coat hanger. I picked up my phone and called my best friend Cassadee who was going to cosplay with me.
"Hey Cassadee! When are you coming?" I asked excitedly into the phone.
"I just walked into the hotel. What's your room number?"
I started bouncing on my heels.
"Second floor, room 182!" I squealed like a little girl when she said she was almost up.
I continued to finish unpacking when I heard a knock on my door. I opened it to find Cassadee holding a small purple suitcase with pink glitter on it and her costume on a hanger covered with a trash bag.
"You wanna do the unveiling of our finished costumes together tonight or tomorrow and surprise eachother?" I asked Cass as I lifted my shirt over my head and pulled on sweat pants.
Cassadee walked over to her bed and got under the covers seeing she was already in sweat pants from her drive over. Hey it was over 3 hours for her.
"Let's get dressed in different rooms and come out and surprise each other." She said sleepily.
"Mkay g'night Cass." I said equally as sleepy as I walked to the other side of the room and crawled into my bed, before we both slipped asleep ignoring the cheers of people partying down the halls.
