I was walking to the dressing room back stage to find Jack. My Brother had called so I had to step out for the last few minutes of the show.  I opened the dressing room door to find it empty except for one person hunched over in a chair. I instantly recognized the figure as Jack. "Kenny!" Called a voice that sounded like someone who had a cold, not Jack's usual voice.   I looked over to see Jack sitting in a chair holding a big ice-pack to his nose. His hair stuck to his forehead with sweat, and his nose was swollen and red. I sighed through my nose and smirked slightly, making my way over to him. "Jacky, what am I going to do with you?" I teased, kneeling down in front of him. "I think I broke my nose stage diving." He explained looking down at me. His big brown puppy dog eyes wordlessly asking me to help him.    "Mmmmhmm." I mumbled. I put my hands on top of his and moved the ice-pack away from his face. I reached up and carefully touched his nose. He tried to hide it but he winced in pain. I leaned up to kiss his cheek then moved the ice-pack back up to his face, and turned to find a first aid kit to clean of the blood that was smeared on his face.   "Kendall?" Jack asked.  "Yeah?" "Thanks for taking care of me."   I looked back at him, my face deathly serious. "I think you might have to go to the hospital, Jacky"  "Why, can't you just take care of me."  "I think this is more serious than a broken nose, I mean you haven't made one dick joke in the last five minutes."  He laughed softly trying not to move his face too much.  Once I found the first aid kit, I knelt back down and took out a wet wipe. I gently washed the blood off his chin, his upper lip, and some sweat that was getting into his eyes on his forehead. "Thanks." he mumbled pulling me in for a hug. "Yuck, Jack! Showers first, cuddles later."  I groaned. I looked up to the most adorable pouting face ever. I sighed, "Okay, come here baby." I leaned up to give him a hug and a quick kiss, careful not to touch his nose. "Now go take a shower so we can watch a movie back on the bus." "Mkay, hey Kenny?" "Yeah, Jacky?" "Love you, and thanks." I leaned up to kiss him, this time long and passionate. I brought my hand up to his cheek, rubbing circles with my thumbs. "Any time."
