I'm a German-American citizen. I'm born and raised in American but my mother and half of my family is there. That's how you spell it but I don't know the exact accents used quite yet ._. I speak German but I'm not fluent.

sounds awesome. Hamburg is said to be beautiful, I only know it from a certain TV show at ZDF ;D. But you don't know how to spell the area you are from?! uhm... Aren't you there anymore? I'm a bit confused :D I know I'm from the ruhr area... utterly confused o_O

I don't know exactly where it is but I'm from a area in Germany kind of close to hamburg I think. A village called rhomershousen I don't know how to spell it exactly but yeah. I based the mall area where they met off of a mall in hamburg and the ice cream store is my favorite place in the world.

Wow, I am stunned. An english fanfiction that actually takes place in germany? I didn't expect that at all. Storyline sounds good and I can imagine it will get really interesting. Just one question. In which city is this happening? I just hope somewhere in bavaria (cause what you described seems like traditional bavarian things, but maybe I got that wrong), cause the rest of germany has no "octoberfest tradition" at all ^^
But anyway, the fic seems great. Keep going :)
