Also, update. The epilogue is at 6679 words. Motivation and inspiration are low so it's taking me so long to even start writing. I know what needs to happen, I want to write it, but words aren't working.

It's probably because it went downhill so suddenly a quickly. There's no closure. The epilogue will end quite open...

i’ll definitely be sure to let you know how i feel about it when i read the epilogue. i will say though opposites just felt done at the last chapter before the epilogue. i mean i know that’s probably because a sequel wasn’t intended for that one but still. and this one feels like although this one’s coming to an end the story is still just beginning, ya know? like don’t make this easy, i want you to mean it with holly/jasey and alex

Maybe you'll feel the same about this one once I finish the epilogue, maybe you will still think it needs a sequel. It's in the works still, I haven't forgotten, it's literally my active document (and has been for the past week). I just haven't had much time to write and when I do have some free time, my brain hasn't been in writing mode. Hopefully it will come out soon (I'm hoping by the end of next week). It's a long one. If it were a normal chapter, it would have been finished by now.

There's still an epilogue coming. The final chapter wasn't the final final chapter. But yeah, this one doesn't have as much of an ending as Opposites did

I have a plan for a sequel in my head, but just don't have the time to take it on right now unless I put Dear Sister on hold before I write the sequel for that (which might be a good idea any way). I'm just hoping it won't turn into my sequel for Opposites, which just didn't happen/
Try to convince me to continue this one ;)
