Not gonna lie, the last thing Alex said made me tear up a little bit. I'm really enjoying this story(:

I love the very last part where Alex says “Shh... it’s okay baby...It’ll all be okay,” he says, “daddy’s here now. Daddy’s here to protect you.” I really don't know why I just think its over the top sweet.
